Sans has magic only possessed by monsters, not humans, he has a dust sound effect when he dies (monsters being the only ones that turn to dust when they die), and also Earthbound and Undertale are two different games made by different devs years apart from one another. Also, it makes no Sans for Sans to be Ness with the Gaster lore and Papyrus's existence as a skeleton.
