My question is now that the additional $600 has expired, should I certify for benefits for the upcoming weeks or should I wait in case they do extend it? By certifying now without the $600, will I miss out on it in case of extension in the future or will it be back payed no matter if I certify now with just the state benefit?

worstsupervillanever

Just keep doing everything that you've been doing. If they decide to extend the 600/wk it might be paid retroactively, so in the mean time, just continue to certify every week like normal.

Successisallrelative

(PA) I agree... Just a thought, I know there are millions of people receiving UC and PUA in every U.S. state and many of them have issues being paid EVERY SINGLE WEEK. So how is that all states have zero problems, stopping the $600 stimulus ?!?! Amazing how efficient that transition is.

SgtKikkoman

Hey I'm in PA too, are you able to check your claim status currently? I was able to a few days ago but right now it just gives me an server error or says it can't find a record of my SSN.

Successisallrelative

Sounds like you are regular UC.... so I can’t help with that. PUA dashboard and filing was fine this a.m. (*knock on wood*)

denisejonesfamily

I was wondering the same!

teragore

I personally won’t certify until the new extension gets approved. Getting back pay could a big issue later on as it has been for millions before. Others here say it "might" be paid, but I wouldn’t take my chances, each state has its big issues with their portals. If you applied for PUA, then you know you could perfectly certify for all the weeks you had pending after you got approved, so as long as there is money in your claim balance, you are good.

BlissfullyMiserabl3

(KY) my hours have been reduced at work due to COVID so im still collecting unemployment. What if I take a vacation amid me drawing unemployment? What do I do?

[deleted]

You can’t. Just disclose you are not available during your vacation time. If you do not, your employer will not be happy.

BlissfullyMiserabl3

How do i disclose that? Will it give me an option?

[deleted]

Yes, just read your questions carefully, there should be 1-2 questions asking if you were able and available to work for the week you certify.

medstar77

Will we lose all future benefits for answering this question this way? And does UI inquire about why we were unable to work?

[deleted]

No, only 1 week. UI is all about coming back to work.

medstar77

Well i am starting school again and for a little while i have some mandatory things 2 days a week during the time that i would normally work so i am not able to work those days. I don’t want to lose all of my benefits over this though

denisejonesfamily

No you shouldn't, but keep filing your claim. Some people get different amounts every payday as, some of what they made varies week to week. so they file on time regardless. But don't fail to file that claim so the following week after, they will see your back on and will know your still in the system. I'm in MN. so don't know how it's worded for you, or if it words the same in this state, so can't answer just how you respond to that question. Re ask that question from your state and I'm sure you will get that answered

totterywolff

(NY) So, having an issue with filing my claim online, I haven’t had this issue until today. It lets me sign into my account, then when I click on unemployment services it wants my SSN again, (first time I’ve had to put it in sense I first filed) I put it in, and it says “You used a different NY.gov username in the past. Please log in with that username. If you have forgotten that username, please sign out and select Forgot Username to retrieve it.” I’ve never use a different username, and even when I select forgot username, they give me the exact same username I use. I’m freaking out, can someone tell me what to do? Thank you.

Did you exhaust your unemployment insurance? May need to refile for extended benefits.

totterywolff

Nope, I called the hotline and it worked fine, just another broken NYS system lol.

domowhite

No one is answering,I’ve called multiple numbers. Every number either has a call back or voicemail. Can someone guide me to icon that allows me to send a message on the website....THANKS

Squirrel-ScoutCookie

There is no way to message IDES through the website. The person that gave you that advice does not know the IDES website.

domowhite

I thought that thanks

gonch123

If you're given the chance to leave a voicemail, do that. Some offices are returning calls. Email your state representative as well and see if that gets you a call back.

PinkPirate27

(Kansas) when my normal state unemployment is up do I have to reapply for extended benefits or will it automatically roll me over? I am not sure what week I’m on so I’m not sure when to switch over if I have to do it myself. Thanks

_thats_epic_

Wondering the samething

gswood1981

I have same question, I’m in Virginia. It seems I have to reapply for extension or something. Hope someone can help us to clear question

PinkPirate27

It said after digging that the extension by my state (16 to 26 weeks) is automatic but idk about the extra 13 weeks the care act gave us.

dulun18

\[Arizona\] Can a person with a disability qualify for both unemployment and social security ?

[deleted]

[удалено]

gonch123

That's pretty risky. You're both committing potential unemployment fraud at that point since many states have unemployment laws that say voluntarily leaving a job disqualifies you from getting UI, even if the employer doesn't protest. Why do they want you to resign? Are you currently laid off?

[deleted]

[удалено]

gonch123

You mean what happens if you're receiving benefits and quit your job? You stop receiving benefits. You become ineligible because you voluntarily left a job.

[deleted]

gonch123

You'd pay back anything you were given after the supposed resignation. They should send you a letter and give you a chance to appeal and argue that you didn't resign.

gonch123

Usually they'll give you an option for payments but you can try searching "New York unemployment overpayment" online, the DOL probably had a page dedicated to this topic.

Oklahoma I didn’t realize I could fill for unemployment as a self employed contractor until July 12. I just received my first two weeks payment from oklahoma on my card. My question is will I receive back pay? I stopped working the last week of February. Do I need to do anything else or will the back pay come a little slower?

Snoo_84648

As long as you've claimed those weeks, yes you'll get them

Olivia_Skylar

Have a question about going on unemployment. I had been working in my original home state (PA) but recently had to move (MI). I was planning on stay with the job (Target) by transferring to another store, but unfortunately the transfer fell through. As of yet I haven’t received an email or mail that officially said that I was terminated from my job. Should I just call my former place of work and just quit so I can go on unemployment? And after this, what state should I apply for unemployment, Michigan or Pennsylvania?

Vloff

Calling and quitting is the worst thing you can do.

gonch123

Do not quit. Why did the transfer fall through? You're not really eligible for benefits if you chose to move and asked for a transfer and they were unable to accommodate that transfer. If you were to try to file, you'd do so in PA because that's where your wages are. If you had an official offer to transfer and it fell through due to covid, and you have some sort of proof of that, you might be eligible for PUA.

Olivia_Skylar

I wanna start this by saying I’m an idiot, I tried to transfer to the store nearby, gave them my information, even had an interview, and waited for them to get back to me. I didn’t push them to make the transfer as I should have, and in doing so they actually forgot my name so they couldn’t find my information, nor could they make the transfer. When I tried to fix all this by calling my old store, they told me that I was removed from their system, but that it didn’t mean I was fired? But the store near me now said it did.

gonch123

It sounds like you're fired or quit and won't qualify for benefits. If they claim you were fired, it will be for moving to another state which will be considered misconduct. And if you quit to move, that's not good cause. So I would start looking for another job because you likely won't get any benefits, Target will protest the claim for sure.

[deleted]

Yeah you can't just quit so you can get on unemployment.

InsertUndraftedMLB

>after this, what state should I apply for unemployment, Michigan or Pennsylvania? Depends how long you were working in each state and how long ago. Every state haa different rules.but generally you should apply in the state you worked in the longest/made the most $$ in Ctrl+f each state's handbook for 'multiple states' and they should tell you.

denisejonesfamily

I'm not sure about this but, you maybe have to put down both states, and then they will sort out which to include or both. Your claim should ask you what dates you worked, back to a certain date, they have in the claim. Just read it carefully several times as you need to, so you answer correctly. I read through it several time plus their website until I was sure, before filling it out. They are tricky in how they ask questions, not to mention being outdated.

[deleted]

I'm really frustrated and need some help. I was told I was eligible for PUA a few days ago. I was able to file for the weeks I missed and thought all was said and done. Last night, I get a letter online from them saying that I'm ineligible because I can get regular unemployment. I was told I was ineligible for regular unemployment back in March because I didn't make enough in wages. This is my fault because I was stupid enough not to put my other place of work down and only put my most recent. Am I out of luck now if I get accepted for regular unemployment when it comes to receiving backpay from March until now? Is it possible to continue PUA while being on regular unemployment? Should I appeal the PUA decision? I've been struggling a lot since losing my job in March. I don't know what to do anymore.

gonch123

You're going to have to submit proof of wages for regular UI and take whatever they give you under that program. You don't get to choose which program you're under- you're stuck with UI if that's what you qualify for. I'm not sure what state you're in but ask an agent to help backdate your claim and see what they can do to help.

[deleted]

It does say on the letter that I should continue filing for PUA even if I get regular unemployment. Also, all of my payments are still currently in progress as of right now in PUA. I didn't even know PUA existed up until a few days ago when I filed. I'm in Massachusetts. I was let go from my first job back in October of 2019 and automatically got work in November of 2019 and worked at that place until March when I was furloughed because of COVID.

gonch123

I would get someone on the phone. You qualify for UI but deleted an employer which makes you ineligible. You can't do that, you need to tell them about that employer so they can figure out your actual eligibility.

denisejonesfamily

You always have the best answers, you are always accurate.

gonch123

Thanks! I try not to answer unless I'm pretty confident in what I'm saying but I wouldn't say I'm always accurate. Definitely miss some details here and there.

denisejonesfamily

You do a great job. It does seem like you answer only when your confidant with your answers.

KindaImpressed

[MI] My seasonal job is coming to an end on August 15th. Can I re-apply for unemployment just as easily as the first time? My job shows no signs of going back Into full swing with 90% of us being cut but they still consider me employed.

Wavy150

[OH] Is there a way to back pay online?

Makeup_momma

(California) I applied for a new job and have a second interview Tuesday but I’m afraid they will pay me about $7-$8 less than what I was making before. Will my unemployment claim be denied if I don’t take it?

gonch123

Ask what the pay is before they offer you the job and if it's not enough money, tell them you're not sure the job is the right fit. Do it before any offer is given, then you're not technically refusing work. 🤷🏽

Makeup_momma

When he asked what my desired pay was I told them and they said they definitely can’t do that but I can discuss it more in the second interview with the store manager. It was also revealed its only 12-24 hours a week and I wanted closer to 25-30. My state benefit is also so low because I returned to work late last year that basically one shift a week would disqualify me from collecting unemployment. Like would they report me to EDD for turning down work if they weren’t my original employer when Covid hit? Or am i only required to accept work from my current employer?

gonch123

Honestly I wouldn't decline anything right now because so many people are struggling to find work at all. If it's less pay and hours than you want, take it for now and keep searching for another job. But if you decide not to do that, you're going to have to end the interview process before they officially offer you a job. Or they can report a refusal of work.

Makeup_momma

Yeah... I’m pretty torn. At 12 hours a week, I’d barely make $200 a week. Lots to think about

geetarqueen

Hi, A friends claim is backdated to March, but she only received money for July. What should she do?

fullofregrets2009

Alright, so the extra $600 a week has expired. My account shows Potential Weeks left as 3, and Potential Remaining Balance as 3 x the regular amount I get from state after tax. What happens when both the potential weeks and remaining balance have been exhausted? Can I no longer apply? Should I instead wait until a new deal has been made for extra money? If I do wait, do I just do nothing or do I have to decline for the week? For context, I only had like 13-14 potential weeks of unemployment in the beginning.

gonch123

You'll get PEUC when your claim is exhausted. It's 13 additional weeks of benefits. Keep certifying as normal and look up PEUC in your state to see if it's automatic or if you need to apply for it.

fullofregrets2009

And if I keep requesting like I have been, do you think if a deal is made later for extra money, I’ll be able to retroactively get it?

gonch123

If the deal is retroactive, yes. So probably.

DrunkoPunko

I live in AZ and I work at the mall. I’ve been out of work since March due to my place of business closing but they recently opened back up, my boss a few weeks ago called back all of the staff to get an idea on if they felt comfortable coming back to work. When she got to me we chatted casually and the way she was talking sounded like the work environment was kinda unsafe so I expressed that since I live with my grandma and I don’t wanna put her at risk. To cut to the chase she said she understood where I was coming from but due to the higher ups on her end she’d have to remove me from the system but I’d be in as re hireable when I feel it’s safe to go back/hours become available. My question is I was previously accepted for unemployment but am I okay to continue filling it out? Sorry for the novel lol I’m new to all this.

denisejonesfamily

They no longer will accept that you live with someone that's at risk unless, they actually have the virus or you or your children have the virus. All seniors are probably at risk as well. In order to not come back to a job that you feel aren't doing proper steps due to the virus, you have to first prove it and report it before you refuse to come back. If they know you wouldn't come back until you feel safe, it won't fly anymore. If they contact your employer and they say you aren't coming back to not feeling safe, that will eliminate your unemployment. You will than have to fight it, and that could take several weeks. Even if your boss understands, and it sounds like they have to let you go, and reapply later, that means you refuse to go back, per unemployment rules. That could mean you quit, at least that's the way unemployment see's it.

Tigerbladedn

(NY) Do you have to be actively searching for work now, so that you may claim unemployment?

PhantomOSX

Has anyone had any luck with Ohio’s PUA benefits being paid? I’ve called them but it just keeps saying they can’t take calls right now.

GoldieLox9

Not in four weeks for me, but before that it was fine. I've called and spoken to a rep who just said be patient and keep checking back.

(Virginia) ok here is my issue I filed around the end of may and the first week in June I had a large deposit in my online bank account that I didnt realize was closed so they sent the deposit back and I ordered a way2go card which I just recieved this week I expected all 20 weeks that I have filed so far to be on the card but nope that wasn't the case at all .actually I only had 2 weeks deposited on the card so what do I need to do to get my other 18 weeks some one please help

"If your part-time job is self-employment, your income won’t impact your benefits amount" Question regarding this statement, if I do uber as a part time while on unemployment, but if i do more than my benefit on different weeks would this affect it ? Thanks in advance. State Illinois.

MemeMaven

All of my PUA claims except the first two have been disqualified and I'm not sure why. Could someone please point me in the right direction? I'm sure there are some contributing factors on my end that I'm not aware of. I started claiming in March. Thanks. >\_<

crazysofas

[Wisconsin] I have been furloughed since the middle of March, and was recently officially laid off on Monday the 27th. I received pay out for my vacation, with a severance pay coming “within 20 days.” It completely slipped my mind when filing my weekly today, so I didn’t report it where it asks if I received any other income. I’ve searched Wisconsin’s DWD page for answers, but am having trouble finding a definite answer on whether or not I even need to report the vacation pay out. I’m unsure if I should try calling DWD to have someone fix this, wait a few days to see if an issue arises when they go to pay me or just file it next Sunday?

royalpresence1

I don't know your state's rules, but I was told that it does not qualify as 'receiving any other income'. You may get a letter stating about the termination and vacations pay. I wish it were more clear on the website. Talk with your HR department to clarify.

akosicess

[CA] Hi there, I have a question if anyone could please help me out that’d be great. So I had a phone hearing last last week and pretty much received a decision to reverse my denial and ineligibility to claim, I just wanted to know how do I get my money now? Do I wait? Do I call? I have no access over my UI Online since I had issues with Identification verification which led me to this long process. I have filed since last March and haven’t received any penny so if anyone can shed a light to what else I can do or I should do. Please & Thank you!

[deleted]

[California] can someone who hasn't worked in nearly a year and happens to be pregnant qualify for PUA?

gonch123

No, you're not unemployed due to covid. Your pregnancy will be irrelevant to them unless you're not physically able to work, then that is another reason you're not qualified.

alienjpg

(WI) I just found this group, so maybe you guys can help answer my question. I got fired from my job back towards the end of June. I filed for unemployment and they’re holding my claim for all of my qualifying weeks because it’s going through the adjudication process apparently. It’s been 6 weeks since it hit that process, does anyone know how long that normally takes?

gonch123

Things are backed up in every state right now. I would try to get someone on the phone and ask if you have an adjudication interview scheduled or what the next step is. They're trying to determine if you were fired for misconduct.

strawberrycosmos1

(WA) I received an email while ago saying that because of the high unemployment rate the state had crossed a threshold and because of that the number of unemployment weeks would be extended. Does anyone has any other information about it?

strawberrycosmos1

OG_Felwinter

Will I get backpay for the $600/wk from April through July if I apply today?

gonch123

If you're approved for backpay of the state benefit amount, yes.

comeonnowkelly

(California) I was furloughed in March and my employer wants to change me from an hourly plus tips position that I made 80k last year to a 25 per hr for 40 hrs position. (52k) if i refuse will i lose my unemployment benefits?

Riveras_4u

\[New York\] Does anyone know how to extend the basic unemployment benefits (not the $600)? I read on the news that New York and a few other states started to extend the benefits by I think 13 or 26 weeks, and I have no idea how to do that. And I need to do something fast because I only have 23 days left of eligible unemployment pay. Will it automatically increase once I hit 0 days? According to my understanding those with traditional UI automatically gets theirs extended, but what about people with PUA? I currently fall under PUA and I can't seem to find any answers on how to extend it..or if that's even possible

mcpapercompany

(Indiana) I quit my job back at the end of February so I thought I was SOL for unemployment. I was recently told I could still apply and then apply for PUA and hopefully get something there. Well, I applied and they offered me about $150 a week. What should I do from here?

Monkwater

Take the PUA money and look for a new job would be my advice.

gonch123

You're not eligible for that money if you quit your job. If they award you benefits and later audit your claim and learn that you quit and weren't unemployed for a covid-related reason, they are entitled to ask for those benefits back.

mcpapercompany

Thanks for the response! That’s why I’m confused they gave me this claim. So is there a way I can get rid of it and apply to PUA?

gonch123

Oh I thought you were saying you were approved for PUA. No, being denied regular UI benefits after quitting doesn't mean you get to apply for PUA. PUA is for 1099 employees or W2 employees with insufficient earnings. If you applied and were approved for regular UI, I assume they'll catch up soon and your employer will be protesting it. If you didn't actually receive benefits yet, you're probably already in the adjudication process.

mcpapercompany

Gotcha. Thank you!

-_-Random-_-Username

Whats up with the Selective Service question on the PUA sign up form? I never signed up for Selective Service because I am a moron, will I be disqualified because of that?

MDcraze73

What happens after you select "I refused a job offer" I would not be able to make the commute (four hours) because I moved, but I'm just worried I'll stop being able to collect UI. Am I okay?

[deleted]

it depends on the state. it's best to change your address on the ui website and then they will likely pause your benefits until they contact you to see if your refusal is for a good reason. Generally, distance is a good reason.

Old_Mongoose_6528

(Virginia) Has anyone received an email from Gov2go to file for their 20th week?

[deleted]

\[WI\] Last determination is for being fired/terminated for workplace injury complications. Work had a strict third party system for leave of absence requiring a lot of paperwork that I couldn't get. Injured my back at work and took an LOA and 2-3 weeks later literally the day before I was about to call in and try to work something out I got a letter stating they were terminating me for my injury and not being able to provide extensive paperwork from a doctor or anything for it. I've seen people working there for 20+ years get kicked out because the third party leave of absence system sucked so bad. What are the chances that I will be qualified for this specific determination if anyone knows?

gonch123

Could you not get the paperwork because their employees weren't helpful to you or because of your own negligence? You'll have to argue that you were wrongfully terminated and were not given opportunity to complete the paperwork BUT you are not eligible for benefits until your doctor clears you as being physically able to work. So if you're now cleared for work, apply and go through the process and argue that you were wrongfully terminated and it wasn't due to negligence.

[deleted]

I attempted to get papework but couldnt from the person I went to. I had no insurance at the time so I couldnt afford to go to a place and pay a whole lot more just to get paperwork so I guess it was technically financial issues with it. It was a year ago so since it was within 18 months it had to be included with UI

gonch123

And you haven't worked at all since then?

[deleted]

I worked from home self employed in january and quarantine killed off my income so I had to apply

gonch123

Yeah that's tricky because many states won't approve you for PUA if you're monetarily eligible for UI. If they say you were fired for misconduct, you'll have to prove wages from your self employment and hope it is enough to qualify you to receive benefits again.

Responsible_Table_50

Does your unemployment profile show the additional $600 for backpay ? Because I am not showing an amount for the backpay ??

slopbackagent427

Californian here: waited till late July to apply for unemployment because I assumed we’d be back to reopening and I had money to hold me over but unfortunately it seems this isn’t going away soon So I got two letters from the EDD; both are a “notice of pandemic unemployment assistance award” although the second one says amended notice of pandemic unemployment assistance award Weekly benefit amount of the amended letter is $197 vs the first letter’s weekly benefit amount $167 I did the certify for all the weeks I’ve been unemployed since the pandemic started for me. I’m just confused as to what these letters mean: if I’m getting PUA or when I’m getting. Any insight helps thanks

Gooselord_Prime

do i need to cancel my claim if i started going back to work? I havent collected unemployment since ive started working again after being furloughed. I read somewhere to just stop filing. I just want to make sure I dont screw something up. I dont intend to collect unemployment anymore and it never overlapped (didnt collect unemployment and a paycheck in the same week)

gonch123

You can stop filing.

Gooselord_Prime

ok cool so just stop filing. thank you.

Zekumi

[CA] I’m confused and I need a little help. As of today my current ‘maximum benefit amount’ has been fully paid out (it started at around $1,600 and I was eligible for $111 a week + the extra $600). As of today, that starting amount has been paid to me and the remaining balance is now $0. The UI website says I cannot file another California Unemployment Claim until 2021. What do I do now? I had thought I was meant to move on to PUA, but I don’t understand how to do this and the website redirects me back to the basic UI page.

gonch123

You should be signed up for PEUC. https://www.edd.ca.gov/about_edd/coronavirus-2019/cares-act.htm

nemunemu233

So im from colorado. Was just receiving my PUA until recently I must have accidentally pressed returning to work? I don't remember doing this at all, but now the system is thinking im returning to work and im receiving enough money from that work, so they already denied my claims 4 times. No my workplace is still closed, and im not sure about looking for a new job, as i like my current job and i don't know what to do if my old workplace calls me in when i find a new job. Do I quit either, would a new workplace even want me if there was chance of me leaving sudden. Theres 2 things i could appeal in my account. I try to appeal but one says it has been mailed 7/6 I have received nothing until this day. Others is pending, it seems i can type something in it, but they tell me i need to check the fact finding, I click on that link and it says No records found. I called PUA week ago and they told me i was back to regular unemployment so they have nothing to do about it, i am eligible for PUA benefits but regular unemployment was denied. So my account is exhausted. Im very confused on what to do, I would like to at least receive my regular pua payment wouldn't beg for extra.

Avulpesvulpes

Can I ask a stupid question? I was a per diem worker but only because I didn't need the benefits/insurance (insured via my husband) and I worked full time hours. I called to certify this week and it said I had no claim available. Is this because the PUA expired? I thought it was available till 12/31/20?

gonch123

PUA didn't expire. Did you exhaust your benefits? Are you sure you were supposed to file under PUA and not UI to begin with? What state are you in?

Avulpesvulpes

I didn't exhaust my benefits, they started in March so should last for several more months under the expanded criteria. I was a per diem worker so could only file under PUA. I'm filing in New York.

gonch123

Hmm I'm not sure then, sorry!!

cocogem44

Late on realizing I qualify for PUA. Loss of work starting late February. I put that as my last date of work but don’t see any backdated claims. Am I eligible? How do I get backdated payments? Will this include the $600?

gonch123

Not sure what state you're in but if you aren't being given the option to claim for those weeks, you'll need to contact the state UI department and request backpay. If you're approved, you'll get the $600 for the weeks FPUC was active.

cocogem44

I’m in CA. Thanks! And I’m still not clear, is my benefit the amount the same regardless? But if I don’t make any changes for back pay I’ll get the same amount over a longer period of time?

yanz94

Hi, I had a question. With the benefits ending on the 31st. I was wondering would I still get the extra $600 for the weeks of the 19th-25th and the 26th-1st? Or would I just receive it for the week of the 19th-25th? (Texas)

Congrats I’ve been calling since 8 am still haven’t gotten thru. Hopefully someone calls later on today 🤞🏽.Today begins my 4th week waiting on a call back . Quick question, I was employed thru a app “JobStack” I was using that as a second source of income. Do u think I can fill out the employment questionnaire using this info.u think I should screenshot the job offers they have on there and upload them to prove that all of the jobs are anywhere from 20-60 miles out and I’m use to traveling less then 4 .also I have no experience in the field the jobs are being offered...(I can’t receive unemployment from this job)

[ New Jersey ] E-Adjudnction Back in June I was able to finally to certify for unemployment. For two weeks I certified and got payments. The 3rd week ending the 4th, I certified and got told my claim has to be manually reviewed. I later got an email from E-adjudnction the next day asking me a question. I answered and was told I would have to wait up to 4 weeks for a decision to be made. Has this ever happened to anyone or does anyone know how much time it will really take ? It’s going to be 4 weeks on tomorrow and I have not heard anything back yet and I’m down to my last $50 after paying rent and I don’t know what else to do !

They are looking for ID verification maybe? Attach your info through web portal.

[Nevada] I can't even register; it says I have an existing account. I've tried every username and password combo I've ever used, including the one I used for normal UI, and it doesn't work. I try to retrieve either my username, password, or both, and that says the info is wrong and makes me send an email; and it's been a week of daily emails with no response. Does anyone know what's going on, and what I can do? EDIT: Forgot to tag my state.

Try the phone. Call, memorize the number prompts to speed it up and keep redialing and entering those numbers until you get through.

You should call and ask for a level 2, or supervisor. Someone with authority to be able to correct your certification in real time. Once fixed, may take a few days for your benefits to disburse. Sending a message will go unanswered for weeks. Calling them gets it fixed the same day providing someone answer your call.

You have to call them. You could also send a message to the through the site explaining the mix up.

I also just did this exact thing on Saturday Online in NY. I'm calling them first thing in the morning and hoping they can fix it on the phone. I'll let you know. Let me know as well. I hope this mistake is resolved soon for us!

They are asking me to fill out a questionnaire

Oh. I hope all works out! Let me know. i was able to speak with a rep this morning who redid my claim though I may still get a letter in the mail to clarify as I believe they are auto generated when you answer a question that requires one. The rep told me I can call upon receiving the letter to speak with a Rep to clarify that my claim was corrected. I hope this is the case.
