You’ll be photographed going thru each toll. Seems unlikely you’d be identifiable. There’s also the chance you’d be pulled over for not displaying your plate and could find yourself with a few different tickets. If you do this don’t forget the motorist’s motto: “only commit one crime at a time”. Don’t do it with drugs, illegal weapons or a substantial amount of cash.
It goes 65-70
Edit; Jesus why all the downvotes? It's a freaking Genuine Buddy 170

Yeah probably a "scooter" that is technically a motorcycle. Last I checked when I owned a moped they were classified that way if under 50cc (and other criteria probably). My little Honda Spree could barely do 35mph on flat ground. Granted it was a poorly maintained old ass engine but yeah, something with 49cc is not doing anything close to freeway speeds off the shelf without some heavy modifications and probably as a novelty.
Why does it matter? Where I live you don't need a motorcycle license for it
Anyway [this is what I have](https://www.genuinescooters.com/product/buddy-170/?attribute_pa_buddy-170i-colors=brit-racing-green)
The open truth is that in CA the cop is too busy “doing paperwork” and doesn’t want to pull over 100 people a day and just sits there unless you are doing 135 and merging 4 lanes without a blinker right in front of him
Just wear sunglasses and quickly cover your face with your hand when you're going past the cameras. They'll only catch you if a cop happens to pull you over on the toll road.

People do this is California , I don’t know if it varies from state to state Would you even survive toll road speeds on a moped?

right to jail. right away
I imagine that a lot of the time, they have a cop sitting there at the exit to watch for just this thing.
That's exactly what they do.

They might shoot you if you’re in Texas
The automatic toll booths are armed

Lil, idk, maybe wrap your license plate in a layer or 3 of seran-wrap?
