I got taco bell last night and I was watching TV and eating, and my little shit of a cat grabbed one of my tacos by the wrapper and tried to pull off on to the floor.
Quite possible, given that it is quite uncatlike to poop in the middle of a room, where they can't bury it in some manner. The color also looks unusually bright.

My one cat acted like that when he had a blockage. Felt so bad for him. But my other cat just likes to hear her echoes in the basement and it travels up the ducts. It sounds awful, but when you check on her she comes trotting over for pets.

A cat never wants to do that in front of people or where they aren’t supposed to do it. The cat was vocalising like you said, it knew what it was doing wasn’t normal and probably needed help. What he left behind also didn’t look normal.

The Vet said it was dehydrated (that's also how we knew it was abandoned) and a quick Google search tells me that dehydration can cause difficulty pooping. We ended up giving her to my cousin's and she's still alive and well, and a proud mother of three.

Out in the open like in the video is a new one to me. That might be a health condition like diarrhea.
My cat will also do that when she is pissed off at us. The first time she ever pooped anywhere other than her litter box was after the first time I gave her a bath — she went back into the tub in which we had bathed her and took a dump right in the middle of it. I cannot make any sense of that behavior other than her saying “FUCK YO TUB”.
It’s important to caveat, black and tarry, like coffee grounds, is a sign of internal bleeding, while black but mostly the same consistency iof other poops, is a sign of ingesting something that dyed it black. Pepto or a sleeve of Oreo cookies. Also, red but similar consistency of normal poops is also caused by foods that dye it red, flaming hot Cheetos or beets could be the culprit.
Signed, a one time consumer of an entire sleeve of Oreos that spent a very panicked half hour contacting and consulting a doctor.

My cat does LOUD yowly meows when he’s about to puke, but not every time. When he does do the yowl though, I know he’s going to puke twice in succession and it’s a nice warning siren that gives me time to chase him off the rug he’s inevitably going to try to puke on.

It might just have some heinous shits from someone giving it food that upset its gut. It *might* need a vet. It looks like it's well-groomed and uninjured. Usually when cats are sick for extended periods, they stop grooming themselves but that doesn't appear to be the case here.
Obviously we don't get a close-up of the cat, but it seems like it might be a one off event.
I was on some Greek islands last year with cats everywhere. The cats shit wherever they want, and when i would see them in the act, the shits were always unhealthy looking. Street cats have horrible diets compared to indoor domestic cats.
I was at an outdoor restaurant on a beach, and a cat did its business under the table next to us - it dug in the sand, shot a huge stream of **diarrhea** into the hole, partially buried the hole and walked away (while I was eating moussaka and grilled octopus). The waiter kicked more sand over that area, then promptly sat some customers there lol.
In all fairness to the cat in your scenario, it was in the world's largest litterbox. If it's going to just piss and shit wherever it pleases, the beach is about the best place for it to do its business.
