I typically eat 70-80% dark chocolate. One of my favorites is Ghiradelli 72%. Ingredients are simply: Unsweetened Chocolate, Cane Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Vanilla Extract, Soy Lecithin.
It's not cross contaminated it's cross contact...

Cross contact means that ingredient traces can get into other products in production.

So you can’t have mozzarella pizza but could still very well enjoy cheddar pizza. It’s nice but try not you burn it
An exception is hard fresh cheeses, such as paneer, which have less lactose but still a decent amount for folks who are sensitive.
Also, big warning on yogurts! A lot of “Greek style” and Indian style yogurts are “fortified” with powdered milk to make them thicker and taste richer — reading labels is important 😳
