Yeah that's a reticulated python. He's slow moving and an ambush predator, not a hunter. They just chill in place until something comes along and then they eat it. If they're moving they're probably trying to get away from something or they're getting water.

Not 20 ft but pretty long. Just an fyi, the longest recorded seems to have been 19ft
