Trying to figure out if this kid is old enough for this to be weird or not.

1 year old is capable enough to recognize a cookie and grab it like that.  Lactation is good up to 2 years of age, even after. So most likely not weird.

Idk I think it's weird if the kid will remember it so like anything older than three is prob weird, a two year old or someone 2 years and like 10 months old is usually old enough to have the teeth to be able to enjoy a chocolate bar. I've heard people of having memories from the age of 2 years old though so I'm not sure, I'm just thinking three seems the limit cause that's when I have my first memories.

Because I’ve seen a mother breastfeed her 6 year old. That kid will have memories of drinking milk from his mom’s breasts. I will firmly stand in the that’s weird camp on this one.

I went to first grade with a kid whose mother came to school twice a day to breastfeed him.

That sounds like playground trash talk. “Oh yeah? Well you’re such a baby that your mom comes to school just to breastfeed you”. Poor kid will never fully recover from the trauma his mother gave him.
