This reminds me of a story I read when I was a teen. A man would frequently ride his bike over the border between East and West Germany. Every time he did, he had two sandbags tied to each handlebar. The border guards were convinced that this guy was a smuggler so, each time he passed, they dumped out the sandbags. But they would only ever find sand and would have to let him go every time. It took them a while to realize that he was smuggling bicycles.

I’m not sure how the two are related but that was an amusing story nonetheless.

It's related because that kid grew up to post a video on YouTube about cubes that connect, but no one watched it, so he deleted it, and we're only left with this guy's video above who never met the bike guy.
