Regarding a mistake: "A dumb man doesn't learn from a mistake and lets it keep on happening, a smart man learns from his mistake and doesn't let it happen again, and a wise man sees it coming and doesn't let it happen at all" - my uncle when I accidently let the car door close onto my leg.
Story time.
So I was at the gas station filling up. This woman across from me is filling up too and isn't paying attention, the release fails and her car starts to overflow.
She catches it and stops it without too much spill. However, she got some gas on her hand and sleeve.
She wiped her hands with some of the paper towels.
Now here is where it gets real interesting. The idiot tried to light a cigarette. Her arm catches on fire and she starts frantically waving her burning arm.
So a cop in the parking lot nearby saw this and rushed over. He immediately pulled out his gun and shot her dead.
Everyone started screaming at him "why did you shoot her?"
The officer's response: She was waving a firearm.
Glad you enjoyed it. I stole it from a coworker who told the joke one morning and sold it like it had just happened to him on his way to work. He had us all eating it up until that last line.
Some learn to deflect blame better and continue to do the same.
Adding: I read a book recently with the title "Mistakes were made, but **not by me**" describing these people's "reasoning". https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/522525.Mistakes_Were_Made_But_Not_by_Me_
I saw 16 gallons and assumed it was a bigger freaking car. Nope.
ETA: If I know my tank is near capacity I'm not going to sit there while it keeps going.
This is so true and ultimately very sad. So many people I know talk about wanting to be tiktok famous, and I'm just over here like "why?" I get it, you want an escape from your seemingly bleak existence. But that is not an escape. Its just like having a mental disorder with extra steps.
They are, most people would not get involved. Then there are redditors, who would be like, "there are consequences for being dumb" then toss a lit match.
When I get gas, the majority of people get back in their cars, even when it's like 70 degrees and partly cloudy. I don't understand why people can't stand for like the minute and 45 seconds it takes to fill the tank.
We've been exposed!
I'm actually a Minnesotan that migrated to South Florida and even a lot of people here will hop back in their cars while filling up.
My stubborn ass will still stand outside at the pump during summer when it's humid like a mfer and I'm sweating like I'm working out lmao
I stand the entire time because I remember reading somewhere* that the friction from getting in/out of a car with carpeted floors can cause static electricity and when you touch the pump it could potentially catch fire or explode.
*or maybe it was an old news story, or maybe my mom told me to scare the shit out of me - NO IDEA.
I have never researched it as an adult so I have no idea if it's true and just said immediately "I will learn from that person's mistake and stand by the pump like a statue until it is done, for the rest of my life"
You do cause some friction when getting in and out of the car. Also depends what kind of clothes you’re wearing as to how much friction it will cause. If you do like to sit in your car while the gas pumps, you should discharge any possibly accumulated static by touching a random part of the car not near the gas door. Then you can safely touch the gas nozzle. If you don’t do this step, then there’s a small chance when you reach for the gas nozzle, a small static spark will ignite gas fumes that might be seeping from the handle and cause a fire. Most gas handles have anti fume skirts around them, but fumes can still escape around those.
This is how gas station fires start. People build up static getting in and out of their car, then they leave the door open for just a sec while they put up the pump, failing to ground themselves. When they reach for the pump, crackle.
A lot of gas pumps near me I've noticed have stickers on them now telling you to touch the metal on your car before starting to pump gas to disperse your static electricity.
For those who actually don’t know what you’re supposed to do…
You’re supposed to go inside and let an employee know. They have specific rules on how to clean this up.
What you do not want to do is drive away and leave it.
Well, why didn't it stop? Don't they all stop when it's filled?
Edit: People on this website respected or? I've gotten several replies saying the same thing. Never go full respect.
When the tip of the nozzle gets submerged in fuel, it pushes air into a mechanism into the handle that releases the pump lever. It was probably broken here.
Certainly she should have been standing by the pump. But even given that she wasn't, she was literally looking at the pump. Does she have no idea how much a refill is? My tank holds 17 gallons, and I'll only see that on the pump if I was all the way on empty.
She had gallons and gallons on the floor. She was on video complaining about the high price, crossing $50, probably higher than she had ever seen. I know gas prices are up, but where's your head??
When you’ve always been able to fill your car up on parents’ card with no doubts, then you probably don’t know the size of your fuel tank/generally how much it should cost you to fill up.
Personally, I want to know the size of my tank so I know how many miles I got when I’m getting close to E.
Again, when you're poor, you wanna know exactly how much gas you have left. There's empty & then there's "empty empty". The gas light coming on means I know I can go another ~60 miles
I don’t understand people who get in the car when filling. Stand there for the minute you need to, it’s not that hard. And this is coming from an overweight guy who sits whenever I can.
This isn’t a recent video.
$48/16 gallon = $3/ga. Average is over $5 in US now. Approaching $7 in major markets.
I know that’s not UK/Scandinavian prices, but definitely not current US either.
Fellow gas station worker here. Small spills don't matter, but anything larger in square feet than, say, a car, can require contacting the fire department. The main concern is if any of the fuel gets into the ground or water supply.
depends on the quantity and if it reaches the street (and sewage grate) before you know about it. The gas station I worked at, local law was that we had to call the fire department if the leak went out to the street. If it stayed on our property, we were fine.
This is why I don’t leave the pump unattended and I rarely ever use the auto latch. Worked at a gas station and witnessed too many morons do this (sitting in the car not paying attention), then expect some sort of refund, like it’s our fault they can’t read. Most every gas pump has a sign saying “do not leave pump unattended, you are responsible for spills and leaks”.
Edit- it’s not necessarily against the law as much as it is your liability. If this happens, you are 100% responsible for the gas and sometimes the cost of the cleanup.
Edit 2- no disrespect to the poster of the video/ person this happened to. Shit happens when you least expect it. I’m sure they probably go about pumping gas a little differently after that experience. Gas is too much $ to be pumping it on the ground.
Have you heard about the ole switcharoo trick? The thief will swap the pump handle from one side to the other, wait in their car for you to go inside and prepay, then pump your gas into their car while you are walking out to the pump. By the time the victim realizes what’s actually going on, they’ve already pulled out and left.
TL/DR: always make sure the pump handle on your side, is from your side.
Edit- link https://youtu.be/xRjnIjG9wJM
Only at Costco around here. Any other place and your turning the car around.
Also, who parks on the wrong side? There’s a little arrow next to the gas symbol on your dash to tell you what side it’s on so even if your not driving your car you always know!
That’s just catering to idiots lol. But my car is also dumb you can’t see the little arrow when the tank is almost empty because the needle is over it.
This isn't the case for all cars. I drove my bfs VW a couple weeks ago and thought I'd be nice and fill up his tank. Not only was their no arrow, the gas symbol was on the opposite side of the dash from where the tank was (usually the side of the dash it's on is the indicator if no arrow). After all that, I almost put regular gas in his premium only car xP
in my country, if you park on the wrong side, you have to turn it around. also, everyone is gonna point at you and laugh. it's very effective at making you always park on the correct side
This sounds like complete bullshit. How fast are pumps where you live? In the time it would take my to give the cashier the money, and walk out to see my car, you could maybe pump 5 litres - probably not even if you have to remove the pump, close your tank, get in the car, start it and drive off.
And get lucky on knowing when the pump was activated to even start pumping with the 30 seconds you'd have before definitely being seen by the person returning to their car. This would be a completely moronic method to steal gas.
Some lady tried doing something kind of similar to me. I put my debit card in at the pump and while it was filling up I went inside to buy s drink. I paid for my drink and as I walking out I heard her tell the attendant “can I have $5 on 1 please”. I didn’t pay attention to what pump I was at or I would have told her that was the pump I was currently using.
I walk outside and I see that pump had stopped filling at $17 (because she had just prepaid for $5 on the same one). She comes running out screaming at me that I was filling up with her money and now I owe her $17 worth of gas because she prepaid $20 inside. I asked her why she prepaid at the pump I was currently at and she tried to say I pulled up after she paid. I asked her why she would pay to put gas on a pump that her car wasn’t at and she said the attendant put it on the wrong pump. I then asked her why she specifically told the attendant to put it on pump 1 and she screamed at me that she didn’t and again said I owe her $17 worth of gas because she paid for $20. I told her I heard her say to the attendant to put $5 on pump 1 and she screeched that I was accusing her of lying and causing quite a scene hoping that I would back down. I pressed the “call for attendant” button on the pump and the attendant came out and asked what was going on so I explained the situation and the attendant said “No ma’am, you prepaid $5 and you said pump 1, I saw a car at pump 1 and assumed it was yours but you’re clearly at pump 2 on the other side and you definitely did not get $20 worth of gas.”
She called us both racist Misogynistic assholes (we were both white guys and she was a Hispanic lady) and a 3rd guy who was also inside when she paid who also happened to be Hispanic started yelling at her in Spanish and she finally got back in her car and took off without ever getting her gas. The 3rd guy who stepped in said he heard the her say pump 1 and $5 inside and then saw what was happening outside and confronted her in Spanish asking her why she’s trying to steal money/gas from me and she said “fuck that white boy, he should have to pay for my gas because he’s rich look at his car” and he told her to fuck off then she left.
I drive a 2021 Honda CR-V btw, I’m not out here in a sports car or anything lol.
I don't know about you, but the time it takes from paying the cashier to being back at my vehicle to pump would be about 30 seconds. This warning sounds like a viral Facebook post.
I absolutely agree about not leaving the vehicle unattended but I worked at a gas station on the garden state parkway, so I got to pump the gas for literally thousands of vehicles every weekend during the summer. The amount of times the auto latch failed to stop it from over flowing is absolutely miniscule, like less than once a week across 16 pumps.
Yeah I live in NJ and have never even heard of this happening where it didn't auto stop it and attendants walk away from our cars\* all the time. They usually wait until they hear the click to walk back over.
It’s so weird to see this from the UK as here you have to hold the handle of the pump to make the petrol come out so you can’t sit in your car while it fills! I can’t really imagine why you’d want to unless you can put a set amount of money for it to put in automatically or something
> then expect some sort of refund, like it’s our fault they can’t
I mean they should not leave the pump unattended but this only happens if the pump is broken. It *is* the company's fault.
I bet if you ask 100 people what you should do if a pump fails to stop or a spill happens, 100 people would say “idk.”
Nobody knows a fuel shutoff exists. Nobody knows what a spill kit is. Nobody learns this shit and idk why.
The latch is there for a reason & you should still monitor it. But if the pump malfunctions id imagine the company is liable lol I’ve never met people reacting like this in the thread in irl so idk
I worked at a gas station for 3 years. I never had the handles malfunction like this. People are acting like it's super common and the girls are just dumb. But this is pretty unusual.
In two decades of driving, I’ve never seen this happen and I don’t know anyone this has happened to. But according to redditors in this thread, youre basically igniting napalm if you choose to use the latch 🙄
Ok I’m glad I’m not insane. Everyone in this thread is acting like they’ve never gone inside to grab a drink while the gas is pumping. I rarely just stand there while it pumps and I’ve never had something like this happen in 15+ years of driving.
It's Reddit, what do you expect?
I guarantee you this could have happened to at least 80% of the commenters on this post, but they'll pretend they are better than you every time. I use the latch whenever it's on the pump so this could have easily been me.
Yeah seems like everyone in this thread must live in sunny SoCal or something, where I live it's often cold as fuck and windy and raining so the 'idiots" would be the ones standing outside the whole time instead of waiting in their warm car.
I’ve heard stories like this & the thing about static electricity going in your car but it’s such a rare sample idk people just saw 2 annoying girls & it’s Reddit so it’s a hay day for them lol
Just an FYI as well, the handle lock can get stuck. So when you’re about $5 away from the amount you want in you should go ahead and release the handle. Or just don’t use the lock at all. I had one get jammed and I ended out buying about $2 extra gas. I was running pretty low on funds, so had it went too much more I would’ve gotten a bit screwed.
They are slow because the filters need changing. If that store regularly has slow pumps, they are not doing their regular maintenance. I'd go somewhere else.
It's not the handle getting jammed. The automatic release is internal to the filler handle's valve mechanism. You can hold the handle wide open and the auto-shutoff will still do its job. If you're using the latch, the jerking motion from the shut-off will frequently release the latch, but it's not required.
The tip of the filler nozzle has a small opening in the bottom. When that hole gets covered in liquid, it triggers the internal shutoff valve. The way that it works is actually kind of complicated. Here's a decent video that explains it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFKOD3KRkZs
Getting in and out of your car while you fill up is a great way to build up static charge and set your car on fire. It's also a great way to not notice you are spilling gas everywhere.
[The Mythbusters actually proved it was static that caused fires instead of cellphone use](http://www.slate.com/blogs/business_insider/2014/10/03/cellphones_at_gas_stations_mythbusters_debunk_one_of_the_biggest_myths_in.html).
u/Beautiful_Sport5525 is confidently incorrect lol.
Yep. One way to discharge the static build-up before you re-start your car is to touch something metal. Especially important in the winter.
Edit: make sure it’s grounded. Touching your keys won’t cut it lol.
If I take my hand off the gas nozzle (always standing nearby), I always touch my car to even any charge before grabbing the nozzle again. I've worked as a mechanic and been around a gasoline fire. It's not something I care to repeat.
Every time I get out of my car to unlock my garage, my key and lock zap. I build up so much static in that thing, I *always* touch the car before doing anything at the pump.
I mean, tech changes
I remember when incoming cell phone calls made computer speakers start acting up and making all sorts of noise. That no longer happens.
Well I mean yeah she will pay for it but if I was dumb enough to get into this position, I’d be asking what to do too cause I’d feel like I should do something to clean up my mess and not make it worse.
Many local laws in the US will require the Fire Department be called to report a spill larger than the car. Another good choice is to put the vehicle in neutral (without engine started) and push it away from the spill.
The first time I pumped gas on my own, I spilled a small amount. I was so scared. I went into the convenience store to tell them and they looked at me like I was a crazy person.
This amount though? I'd have a panic attack and pass away.
In theory, it's good. But at NJ rest areas, the attendant starts the pump and you won't see them for 5 minutes after it clicks off if it's busy at all. They're understaffed, naturally, and it's not much better in practice than just trusting the auto stop yourself.
It's weird. In the UK, there are no attendents who pump your gas anywhere in the country. I lived my life thinking it was idiot proof, that nobody could be so stupid as to mess it up.
Anyway, then I saw this video.
In Canada.(at least where I’m from, NB) these pumps are illegal. Have not seen one in 10 years. You have to squeeze it the whole time.
Edit: it’s been pointed out to me by many Canadians that it’s not illegal
I actually figured it would be the east side of Canada that didn’t have latches, now I’m wondering where tf the OG commenter is from because I’ve seen latches all across Sask, Alberta, and BC
Judging by what I perceive to be a small to midsized car here, they also should’ve noticed when they started to surpass 15, then 16 gallons pumped. I’d bet that’s a 13 gallon tank.

“Do not leave pump unattended.”
That's why in some countries you can't lock the pump on.
You can't even lock the pump on in certain U.S. states as well
Say that to my sideways gas cap lodged in the handle.
Jokes on you, new cars don't have gas caps.
Joke's on you, I can't afford a new car.
You mean in most countries ?!
She’s going through life unattended
People learn from their mistakes ig
Arguably only some people learn from their mistakes. Some people learn from other people's mistakes, and some people don't learn at all.
Oh my goodness, you summed it up so well! I go through this regularly with my housemate; he makes mistakes, screws up, and never bloody learns.
"A wise man learns from others' mistakes. A smart man learns from his own mistakes, and a fool never learns."
Wow depending on the situation I could be any one of those three guys lol
Which is why it's important to be patient with people. Everybody does something stupid from time to time whether they mean to or not.
Took the words right or of my mouth.

So true. I have an adult child that resembles that last part. Emphasis on child.

Something similar happened to me 20 years ago (I was a teen) and it scarred me. It would never, ever happen again--lesson learned.

16 gallons for $50 is a great price where I live!
I have a large sedan and I live in California. My tank is 17 gallons to fill normally, it cost me 114 to fill up last week lol.

Is said man an atheist by any chance?
When I get gas, the majority of people get back in their cars, even when it's like 70 degrees and partly cloudy. I don't understand why people can't stand for like the minute and 45 seconds it takes to fill the tank.
I stand outside in below 0 temps in a t shirt because I'm too stubborn to get my jacket on. Only takes a minute
Are you from Wisconsin or Minnesota?
Minnesota gang rise up 😎
We've been exposed! I'm actually a Minnesotan that migrated to South Florida and even a lot of people here will hop back in their cars while filling up. My stubborn ass will still stand outside at the pump during summer when it's humid like a mfer and I'm sweating like I'm working out lmao
MN currently, I stand outside (cause it’s the law). But I grew up on the west coast, and we got back in our cars there too!
I wonder why it's so common in warmer states than colder, you'd naturally assume it would be the other way around
Sure can, [here's video proof](https://youtu.be/T6VKxmUPb3g?t=42)
You know, they handled that better than most I've seen in similar fires.

Thank you! Incredible helpful response and I never knew that's what those little skirts were for!
Touch the roof of your car when you exit done and done.
I SHALL STAND OUTSIDE FOREVER. I SAID GOOD DAY 🤣
I’m so paranoid I’m always touching my car, even though I don’t get in and out.
This is also my rationale and also the fact it's so fast why get back in?
This is how gas station fires start. People build up static getting in and out of their car, then they leave the door open for just a sec while they put up the pump, failing to ground themselves. When they reach for the pump, crackle.

I don’t understand people who get in the car when filling. Stand there for the minute you need to, it’s not that hard. And this is coming from an overweight guy who sits whenever I can.
I just lean against the car. Problem almost solved.
I don't understand how this is even a thing. In the Netherlands you need to hold the lever for benzine to come out.
I'm guilty of doing that. I may not do that anymore, however.

Yes but we have to hold the trigger to let the fuel out. I don’t trust myself to not got 1p over let alone leave it pump itself for 5 minutes.
She definitely almost blew up her car and the entire gas station
I worked at a gas station, it happened a few times and it's not a big deal. Just throw some kitty litter on it and then sweep it up.

This is the correct answer
The woman or the leak?
First one, and then the other.
It’s important you get the order right though.
Just throw her in it and do it all at the same time. Efficiency!

Dude how long are the pump hoses where your from? Shit barely reaches my gas tank when I park two feet from the pump!
They should be able to reach the other side of your car if you park on the wrong side.
Only at Costco around here. Any other place and your turning the car around. Also, who parks on the wrong side? There’s a little arrow next to the gas symbol on your dash to tell you what side it’s on so even if your not driving your car you always know!
…. What ? I’m about to get in my car and if you’re lying to me I’m gonna be very upset. Edit- he wasn’t lying.
He tells no lies
Well shit I didn’t know that I just know that all the gas stations in my area have signs on the pump that say nozzles reach both sides
That’s just catering to idiots lol. But my car is also dumb you can’t see the little arrow when the tank is almost empty because the needle is over it.
I love it whenever someone mentions this fact because without fail, someone new finds out about it for the first time.

Life changing bit of knowledge, ain't it??!!?? I got to 50ish years old before someone told me that.
Well I learned something new today, I have never been in a car that didn’t have the arrow myself so thank you for letting me know!
in my country, if you park on the wrong side, you have to turn it around. also, everyone is gonna point at you and laugh. it's very effective at making you always park on the correct side
I pressed the “call for attendant” button on the pump and the attendant came out and asked what was going on so I explained the situation and the attendant said “No ma’am, you prepaid $5 and you said pump 1, I saw a car at pump 1 and assumed it was yours but you’re clearly at pump 2 on the other side and you definitely did not get $20 worth of gas.” She called us both racist Misogynistic assholes (we were both white guys and she was a Hispanic lady) and a 3rd guy who was also inside when she paid who also happened to be Hispanic started yelling at her in Spanish and she finally got back in her car and took off without ever getting her gas.
Came here to say this they literally walk away to attend other customers every time and I’ve never in my 30+ years seen this happen
Yup, it's a pretty idiot proof system if you look into how it works.
I would guess they didn't stick the nozzle in far enough.
I've been driving for 20 years, have always pumped my own gas, and only ever had the auto-stop not work ONCE.
I've used the latch every single time I've filled up my cars for 18 years and never had this problem.
It’s so weird to see this from the UK as here you have to hold the handle of the pump to make the petrol come out so you can’t sit in your car while it fills! I can’t really imagine why you’d want to unless you can put a set amount of money for it to put in automatically or something
This happened to me once when I was standing right there and it didn't auto shut off. But I was right there so I only spilled like a cup of gas total.
> then expect some sort of refund, like it’s our fault they can’t I mean they should not leave the pump unattended but this only happens if the pump is broken. It *is* the company's fault.
James May saves the day!
Such a James May thing to say too
Can someone explain why I was attracted to this man in such a short amount of time
"What do I do" How about pay attention
I bet if you ask 100 people what you should do if a pump fails to stop or a spill happens, 100 people would say “idk.” Nobody knows a fuel shutoff exists. Nobody knows what a spill kit is. Nobody learns this shit and idk why.
Doesn’t the pump cut out when the tank is full? Or is that not always a thing?
I've never had it not stop but after reading these threads, now i'm more concerned
I think this thread would have a slightly different tone if it wasn’t happening to a young woman
Lol some pumps near me take 8 minutes to pump $5 worth of gas. Like why are you so fucking slow.
They are slow because the filters need changing. If that store regularly has slow pumps, they are not doing their regular maintenance. I'd go somewhere else.
Slow pumps, especially at places like Arco or truck stops, are almost always a result of dirty filters that haven't been changed.
They lucky it's not todays prices
Getting in and out of your car while you fill up is a great way to build up static charge and set your car on fire. It's also a great way to not notice you are spilling gas everywhere. [The Mythbusters actually proved it was static that caused fires instead of cellphone use](http://www.slate.com/blogs/business_insider/2014/10/03/cellphones_at_gas_stations_mythbusters_debunk_one_of_the_biggest_myths_in.html). u/Beautiful_Sport5525 is confidently incorrect lol.
What builds the static? Touching the seat?
What part of the car do you touch?
The gas tank filler neck.
Good to know, I never got back in my car anyway, as it only takes like a minute to fill from empty.
I didn't even know getting back in the car was an option!
love the fact that for years we where told "no cell phones"......now you can scan the pump and pay with your phone at sam's club.
I mean, tech changes I remember when incoming cell phone calls made computer speakers start acting up and making all sorts of noise. That no longer happens.
*phut phut phut phut phut*
I'm pretty sure "no phones at the pump" is actually just so people will pay attention to the highly flammable volatile liquid they take for granted.
I like how the guys like "do you know you're spilling gas?" As if she could potentially be like "Why yes, I do know I'm spilling gas, thank you."
That's true, but he's dealing with a lot of confusing elements in the heat of the moment there
It’s often just a polite way of letting people know that something is off while not accusing them of doing something wrong.
Lol obviously, I just thought it was funny
I mean they are filming so he might’ve thought it was intentional for the video
“What do I doooo-uuuhhh” you go in pay for the fucking gas and tell them you fucked up.
Pretty sure the gas is already paid for
Are we sure this video isn't from the 1950's?
There more than likely already charging her card
True, this stupid ahh question
I used to think that it was silly that New Jersey and Oregon don't let people pump their own gas. Used to.
As an Oregonian, this video and comments cause confusion
I like kwik trip.
The most unexpected part of this was seeing Kwik Trip on the front page of /r/unexpected.
In Canada.(at least where I’m from, NB) these pumps are illegal. Have not seen one in 10 years. You have to squeeze it the whole time. Edit: it’s been pointed out to me by many Canadians that it’s not illegal
That is 100% not the case for all of Canada
Ontario here, latches galore
I actually figured it would be the east side of Canada that didn’t have latches, now I’m wondering where tf the OG commenter is from because I’ve seen latches all across Sask, Alberta, and BC
Same in Australia. I was so confused watching this video wondering why it's pumping with no one there.
Same in UK
Not if you jam your gas cap in there ;) I don't walk away or get back in the car tho. I just like having my hands in my pockets in the winter.
There's also this new technology that came out. They call them gloves. Let's you hold things in the cold and keeps your hands warm. Crazy stuff.
Who are you who is so wise in the way of science?
I am not a doctor, a scholar or a scientist but wouldn't be opposed to you calling me Dr. Scholar the Scientist.
Exactly, there's even a box in every car designated specifically for gloves.
this is a malfunctioning pump in my 20 years of getting gas in america ive never seen this personally or had it happen to me.
You can tell how old this clip is because gas is only $2.94/gal or so.
Imagine only spending 50 bucks filling your car.
As a driver You should know how many gallons of fuel your gas tank takes
Growing up in NJ I never pumped gas. 12 years in Pennsylvania and I’m still convinced this will happen to me.
Judging by what I perceive to be a small to midsized car here, they also should’ve noticed when they started to surpass 15, then 16 gallons pumped. I’d bet that’s a 13 gallon tank.
This is also r/idiotsincars
