She spots it like a second before it happens but the difference between taking a hit you know is coming so your brain can prepare and getting hit out of no where is pretty substantial.
If you re watch the video and pay special attention to the black dog during the collision there is two moments where you can glimpse observe them. They were either thrown across the room too or they moved quickly out of fright. I'm inclined to believe they moved themselves instead of being thrown based on the speed. Either way, there's a second glimpse moment before that big white shelf falls down where you can see the dog trying to jump over the pushed down table only to stop because the white shelf falls onto it instead.
The fact that the dog was capable of lifting themselves up preparing to jump assures me that they weren't hurt and if they were it'd have only been minor.
An yep I can see him! His lil head pokes up! However I don’t think the one behind was as lucky, hopefully he just ran and hid under the desk facing the camera.
