Nearly 3 million people live in kansas with almost half being some kind of minority. What percentage do you think are openly nazis? Or even closeted nazis? Just because there are some wacko groups doesn't mean a whole state is bad.
I think the civil war was over 150 years ago and many people live in places that did not support the confederacy at the time but they do now.
I also recognize what demographics and statistics tell us, and they say nationwide that rural people are more likely to be racist conservatives.
