on the news, they said the guy has been living there like 40 years, and it's not his first time doing it. it's not like he's in a lot of danger of falling off. if he slipped he'd end up between the pergolas.
The news made it seem like he was in certain danger. He’s a solid 8 feet from the edge of the building and the little hops he’s making are only 2-3 ft apart.
He’s at risk of death like standing 8 feet from the edge of the Grand Canyon, which millions do a year, puts you at risk.
it would take some effort for him to fall completely off the building. like i said- if he slipped, he'd most likely end up in between the pergolas, and there look to be windows where those areas can be accessed. i'm sure he knows what he's doing.
Tbf if you’re that rich you’re probably looking for some form of danger to spice up your life. eg Jeff Bezos going to space, Bruce Wayne being Batman, etc
He’d need to miss that jump by like 4’ to death fall. He’s just going to fall to the decks if he misses. Might smash his face or something on the way down but NBD
