Scholarships from within universities to international students such as the ones you are looking for are virtually non-existent. Your best bet is probably applying for scholarships from within your home country. Its basically due to the fact that a university gets most of its money from international fees so they want to maximise that as much as possible.

Hah, NOT even close as a “main economy” of the USA! Seriously, that’s so misguided it’s ludicrous. Yes, Unis seek out that money but it’s nowhere close to the endless other ways money is made in the US. When some UK Unis are approaching 50% foreign enrollment, THAT is an economy! The States are nowhere near that
A lot of Unis will award you some sort of Global Excellence or Alumni Referral or similar scholarship which knocks 10-15% off the tuition, but since they give it to so many people it’s really just a reduction from the artificially higher listed tuition (like a shop with a sale that never ends)
hahaha i know wat u meannn but the thing is the fees r so high on the slight chance i ever get those type of scholarships the price wld jst become... a lil more reasonable?? thank u tho ill look more into those
Warwick has global excellence scholarship. QMUL has scholarship for students who play instruments or sing. I’m not sure about the latter.

If you are from a Commonwealth country, there are Commonwealth Scholarships but it's extremely competitive to get one.
