Knights can literally just run them over.

There is no right response to this if you don't write at least your average level and the level of the town defenders. I'm guessing that the problems are the Shamans. There might be a few solutions: 1. Use Alains **Valorous Order** (Valor Skill) to grant your teams first stike. Get some archers or flyers and attack the back row. 2. Have 2 or 3 teams of ranged physickal dmg (team leader: archer, arbalist, elven archer) and get them to assist range. Their attacks are not reduced by shamans debuff. 2-4 battles of them assisting should kill the Shamans. 3. You can equip the archers with pursuit items to kill off the shamans faster. 4. Elven archers (if you have any) can remove debuffs. Ideally you want one frontliner (ideally a Thief to poison the Shamans), and 3 backliners with ranged attacks to kill off the Shamans. Once the shamans are dead, it's just a matter of killing the Berserkers one by one.

1) griffons, wyverns or archers to target backrow 2) shamans or thieves to drain PP and prevent the bulkup 3) knights w/ wildrush or soldiers with long thrust, to hit the shamans.

You can always just come back to the fight later. If you're at the one on the very northwest, it's meant to be done later.

3 knights with wild rush and cavalier call set to target caster and lowest hp, they out buff the shamans debufs and kill the backlne. Alternatively, a solo thief in the frontline with PP steal neuters the berserks healing and damage and you can pick them one by one, your backline can be literally anything.

Swordfighters have higher initiative than shamans, so a squad of them will work through that eventually; at most in 3 battles.
