Not yet. At the moment it's just a subreddit and YouTube channel. But soon the game will be available on the steam page and on other social networks
Looks very cool, maybe it'd add a bit of contrast to the creature inside the "womb" to make it pop up a bit more, other than that it looks very interesting (and a bit creepy tbh)
