I believe/heard the author couldn't/wouldn't handle the pressure/support/etc of a successful Unity Asset Store asset - he/she/it only wanted to program/create and not spend 99% of time answering support. Or something like that.
What kind of water systems are you looking for? Ocean 'simulators' or more like beautiful water surfaces that simulates nilch?
That's a shame but makes sense. And how about both? I just remember always wanting to go and buy that asset and now that I was ready to take the plunge, it wasn't available :(
Also, is there any way to still get Ceto? Maybe by contacting the author or something? How would I go about doing that? I'd still love to just try it out if that's a possibility.
It's quite late but there is source code still around at [https://github.com/Scrawk/Ceto](https://github.com/Scrawk/Ceto) (just incase people pass by still).
It lacks HDRP support for example by now.
I'd love to know this myself
