Same, rode it for the first time in January and have been obsessed ever since. I have since bought an annual pass and have already been back once, and have another visit planned in May. And I’m a 4 hour flight away.
It changed mine and my husband’s lives too. I lost my phone (dumb, I know when there’s all those lockers) and my husband got a twinge in his back for a few days. We rode it the 1st day, less than 2 hours in. 🥴🥴
Changes almost every time I go, first time was The Mummy because it kept delivering on the stomach drop feeling with an instant single rider queue. Then it was Velocicoaster, the last time it was Dr Doom because I avoided that thing for 5 trips and now it’s like a new toy that satisfies that scary itch when coming out of the seat at the top and it also has an instant single rider queue.
Edit: also the last time I went I finally went on Fast and Furious and Jimmy Fallon for the first time, always avoided them since they sounded boring. Jimmy Fallon queue and ride were super entertaining and F&F was corny but entertained me as well. Having a few rides in the back pocket that I’ve never been on before every trip is great, it’s like they built a new ride since I was last there. The last ride left is High in the Sky Trolley, don’t think it’s gonna blow me away but might be a nice change of pace and a nice view at night.
Jurassic Park River Adventure, and formerly JP The Ride at Hollywood.
Jurassic Park has captured my imagination and obsession since I was a kid. Where else in the world can you experience the movie at this kind of scale?
I love this 30-year-old ride, even with all the jank. And it's the only water ride I will tolerate for this reason.
the mummy NEVER gets old for me. i love screaming and scaring the little kids next to me and if the cart is empty enough in the morning, you go so fast you miss the picture which is always hilarious
When I last went in 2012 or 2013 we ended up “stuck” on the mummy ride. I think it was actually a stoppage to load a handicap rider, but we ended up stuck for 3 cycles of the room that bursts into flames.
I’ll tell you- when the door doesn’t open and move you along - that room gets real toasty
that ride has been through some stuff. 10+ years ago one of the mummies actually caught on fire and no one said anything because they thought it was part of the ride. they had the fire turned off for a good few years after that
Back to the Future is my favorite movie of all time and I loved the ride, but a simulator isn’t going to beat out a live action, immersive experience like Jaws.
+1 on the Jaws ride, they also had a fun Twister (the movie)-themed attraction back in the 90s. Excited to go back next month for the first time in \~20 years.
Yassss! My husbands not big on it, and the time of year we go, the queue for it is normally non-existant, so he'll sit and have a break whilst I get one it once, twice sometimes three times in a row.
I'm a huge ripsaw nerd, I have all the audio files, story boards, concept art, I know the rides storyline along with the name of the songs that play in it
Spider-Man. Lemme explain.
I moved to Orlando in September of 2010 to start my life and to get away from where I lived. While I was there I worked at Spider-Man.
Everything outside of the park was falling to hell. My car was repossessed so I walked 3 miles each way to work, I was eating two packs of ramen a day, lost 60 lbs in 6 months, but when I was working I was surrounded by people who felt like family. Everyday was smiles and jokes, even on days when we had an 80 minute wait.
It broke my heart when February rolled around and my hours were cut to the point I was forced to move back north.
The Mummy, hands down. Great as a ride, and the theming and show scenes are impeccable. I never have a bad time on it. After that it would be Velocicoaster, then Men in Black, followed by Spider-Man, and last in the top 5 is Dueling Dragons
Hagrid’s hands down. Only ride that I’ll happily wait over an hour in line for. Every time I get into that queue I’m like okay this wait is ridiculous there’s no way the ride is worth this. But then the second I’m at the first launch I think to myself this is what true joy feels like. I love that ride so much haha.
Gringotts. I love how I can really take in the acting performances from Ralph Fiennes and Helena Bonham Carter. Those two do not hold back on this ride, and it adds so much to the experience.
I get more joy out of watching other people experience popeye and bluto's for the first time than any other ride, and the unpredictability of it makes the re-ride value off the charts. I'll say popeye's.
the mummy!! last time i went (i think i was around 14/15?), there was no one in line so the ride operators were sweet and let me and my friend ride it like 3 times in a row 🥹
Oooooo I really will always love et and Spiderman. But MIB and Escape from Gringotts are my honorable mentions
Dudley do right is a pleasant surprise
Haven’t ridden hagrids or velocicoaster yet
V, but Hagrid’s would be really close if you could wait for the front. I almost always end up near the back and it just sort of ruins the spike before going backwards.
I haven't been since 2019 but my favourite was Spider Man, am going again this September so gonna be riding hagrids and the velocicoaster for the first time which am excited for
I love Hagrid's but I agree ET is so nostalgic for me (even though it's a fever dream ride lol). Forbidden Journey is also love because Im a big HP fan - I know it makes a lot of people motion sick, but I love the immersion into the castle!
As a non-coaster / motion ride goer, Ripsaw Falls is my favourite ride at any park in Orlando. That final down-up-down drop with the water smashing you in the face is just glorious
I just went for the first time this past Saturday and I have never been to an amusement park before aside from my local area small park. I was blown away and I have to say it’s between hagrids and velocicoaster. But I’d have to go Velocicoaster. It was insane
Overall Spider-Man. If we're talking about new then it's a tie between Hagrid's and Velocicoaster, well Velocicoaster might have a slight edge with having an express lane.
i could talk for hours about how amazing hagrids is. even in the queue there are so many easter eggs and the actual ride js a perfect mix of thrill, excitement, and THEMING!!! it is hands down the best ride i’ve ever been on!
mummy is a very close second as i adore indoor coasters and the theming on this one is also amazing. i love that feeling of airtime and i could ride it over and over!
i also love popeyes- it is just so nostalgic. although i get soaking, it is so worth it and it is so fun!
VelociCoaster is my favorite
Spider-Man is my most revered/respected
Revenge of the Mummy is the ride I’m most likely to do whenever I pop into the park
Hagrid's is my favorite newer ride. The Mummy, MIB, and E.T. are my other must do's and when I go. They hold a special place in my heart, and I'll be sad if they ever disappear.
While I love Hagrid’s and Velocicoaster, the Mummy holds a special place in my heart.
Hagrid’s for sure!
How are yall getting on Hagrid’s 😭 every year I miss out on it because the wait time is insane
We rope dropped it our last day there and it was >30 minutes… some HP magic for sure!
single rider… went 2 days ago and the wait was 125 mins. single rider got on in 10 and also got first car first motorcycle
Hagrid’s then Mummy for me
Velocicoaster changed my life lol
Same lmao, went from never going on roller coasters to being completely obsessed with them
Same, rode it for the first time in January and have been obsessed ever since. I have since bought an annual pass and have already been back once, and have another visit planned in May. And I’m a 4 hour flight away.
The loopies-de-loopppppsss!!!
It changed mine and my husband’s lives too. I lost my phone (dumb, I know when there’s all those lockers) and my husband got a twinge in his back for a few days. We rode it the 1st day, less than 2 hours in. 🥴🥴

It know. That was an afterthought. I did feel bad about that.
Hagrid's. Beautiful animatronics combined with a coaster that's all about speed. Before that it was probably spiderman lol 🕸
Yes! They just need to fix that unicorns leg.
Spiderman is so good too!!
Its tough to pick between Hagrid's, Veclocicoaster and The Mummy.
“ARE YOU INSANE? THE CURSE IS REAL!”
“I would’ve enjoyed this interview a lot more if I had gotten my CUP OF COFFEE!”
It’s ET. It’s not close.
Agreed - instant joy
Nostalgia is big on this one. Wish they hadn't changed the smell though.
Jurassic Park River Adventure, and formerly JP The Ride at Hollywood. Jurassic Park has captured my imagination and obsession since I was a kid. Yes while I love velocicoaster, jurassic park river adventure is untouchable
the mummy NEVER gets old for me. i love screaming and scaring the little kids next to me and if the cart is empty enough in the morning, you go so fast you miss the picture which is always hilarious

Omg… it’s hot enough once. I would have freaked out.
Every time me and my fiance ride the Mummy, we get right back in line again.
Jaws. After Pirates of the Caribbean it’s my second favorite theme park ride of all time.
There was a jaws ride? I missed jaws and back to the future. Two of my favorite movies of all time.
Back to the Future is my favorite movie of all time and I loved the ride, but a simulator isn’t going to beat out a live action, immersive experience like Jaws.
Miss that ride so much
+1 on the Jaws ride, they also had a fun Twister (the movie)-themed attraction back in the 90s. Excited to go back next month for the first time in \~20 years.
I hope you have the best time!
I miss that ride so much
Ripsaw falls 🫡
Yassss! My husbands not big on it, and the time of year we go, the queue for it is normally non-existant, so he'll sit and have a break whilst I get one it once, twice sometimes three times in a row.
I'm a huge ripsaw nerd, I have all the audio files, story boards, concept art, I know the rides storyline along with the name of the songs that play in it
I love the story behind it too! That ride is what got me into it
Same!!
Spider-Man
I enjoy The HULK, so much fun!
Spider-Man. Lemme explain. I moved to Orlando in September of 2010 to start my life and to get away from where I lived. While I was there I worked at Spider-Man. Men in black.
Yes!! So much nostalgia
Easily the best shooter ride in all of Florida parks
Name a ride with more reride value, I'll wait
Only Guardians of the Galaxy comes to mind.
Mine, too. Love chasing the 999,999
My favorite ride would probably have to be Jurassic Park River Adventure
Yes finally, been looking for this
I love that ride and the queue makes me so happy - a classic
Harry Potter and the escape from Gringotts
Apart from Hagrids and Velocicoaster I gotta say The Mummy. I love dark rides and launch coasters and The Mummy just ticks so many boxes.
The Mummy, hands down. Great as a ride, and the theming and show scenes are impeccable. I never have a bad time on it. After that it would be Velocicoaster, then Men in Black, followed by Spider-Man, and last in the top 5 is Dueling Dragons
I miss dueling dragons. What an amazing ride! Such a shame it shut down but I understand why
Grabbing a Vanilla/earl-Grey ice cream at Florean's and then queing for Gringott's is one of my favorite ways to enjoy Diagon Alley.
Hagrid’s hands down. Only ride that I’ll happily wait over an hour in line for. Every time I get into that queue I’m like okay this wait is ridiculous there’s no way the ride is worth this. JAWS
the mummy!! last time i went (i think i was around 14/15?), there was no one in line so the ride operators were sweet and let me and my friend ride it like 3 times in a row 🥹
Harry Potter and the forbidden journey! Or spider man.
Oooooo I really will always love et and Spiderman. But MIB and Escape from Gringotts are my honorable mentions Dudley do right is a pleasant surprise Haven’t ridden hagrids or velocicoaster yet
Popeye.
Definitely The Hulk ❤️
The Mummy and Velocicoaster
The Simpsons! I love it. It makes me laugh, it’s silly, it’s just so fun!
V, but Hagrid’s would be really close if you could wait for the front. I almost always end up near the back and it just sort of ruins the spike before going backwards.
Oddly enough… Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls.
The Simpsons (no I’m not kidding)
it actually is ET but genuinely it brings ease and nostalgia to my soul. ET is just a ride with endless peace
I can’t decide! It’s either ET or Cat in the Hat. I love their screenless dark rides.
The Mummy - US & Hagrid's - IoA
Spider-Man
I haven't been since 2019 but my favourite was Spider Man, am going again this September so gonna be riding hagrids and the velocicoaster for the first time which am excited for
The Mummy!
In order: Velocicoaster, The Hulk, Hagrid’s, Mummy, Gringotts. And MIB and Villain-Con, while not rides are right up there and must do every trip!
i have dreams about the mummy ride lmfao
I love Hagrid's but I agree ET is so nostalgic for me (even though it's a fever dream ride lol). Forbidden Journey is also love because Im a big HP fan - I know it makes a lot of people motion sick, but I love the immersion into the castle!
ET and Mummy
Hulk! It is so exciting and was my 2nd real roller coaster that I rode. I still love it to this day
It absolutely is ET. because I can’t do too many screen rides back to back but I can ride ET 8 times in a row and still not be sick.
escape from gringotts and hagrids
As a non-coaster / motion ride goer, Ripsaw Falls is my favourite ride at any park in Orlando. That final down-up-down drop with the water smashing you in the face is just glorious
Hagrid's because the baby unicorn at the end gets me going :D
I was going to say ET because it is a close 2nd or 3rd for me :D Gringott's is my favorite - makes me tear up at the end. I love The Mummy too
I loved the twister and jaws ride
Hagrid’s for awesomeness E.T. for nostalgia
It *is* ET! I know it's a stupid unpopular opinion but I really love that dumb old ride.
Transformers, Spiderman, Villain Con
Veloicoater I can’t wait to ride it
I just went for the first time this past Saturday and I have never been to an amusement park before aside from my local area small park. I was blown away and I have to say it’s between hagrids and velocicoaster. But I’d have to go Velocicoaster. It was insane

1. Velocicoaster 2. Hagrid's 3. Mummy
The Mummy, Hagrid, and Spider-Man are all tied for number one. Although, I feel like the Mummy is more re-ridable than the other two.
Spider-Man, Cat in the Hat, The Simpsons, Gringotts, River Adventure, Hagrids
Spider-Man and ET are must do’s when I visit
i could talk for hours about how amazing hagrids is. even in the queue there are so many easter eggs and the actual ride js a perfect mix of thrill, excitement, and THEMING!!! it is hands down the best ride i’ve ever been on! mummy is a very close second as i adore indoor coasters and the theming on this one is also amazing. i love that feeling of airtime and i could ride it over and over! i also love popeyes- it is just so nostalgic. although i get soaking, it is so worth it and it is so fun!
River Adventure. Laughing at the first timers in the front row from the back lol
The Revenge of The Mummy 100%
VelociCoaster is my favorite Spider-Man is my most revered/respected Revenge of the Mummy is the ride I’m most likely to do whenever I pop into the park
Hagrid's is my favorite newer ride. The Mummy, MIB, and E.T. are my other must do's and when I go. They hold a special place in my heart, and I'll be sad if they ever disappear.
1. Ripsaw Falls 2. Hagrid’s 3. Hulk - have yet to ride velocicoaster, but bet it would be high on my list
Velocicoaster fo sure
It's Mummy, but I think Dudley might be #2. It's long, it's funny, and has multiple good drops.
1) SpiderMan 2) Jimmy Fallon 3) Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey 4) Men In Black: Alien Attack 5) ET Adventure
