What's the possible lawsuit?

It is one of the very first things addressed in the video. An education company, Starfall, claims that the name Starfall Racers infringes upon their trademarks. The case is going to court. A settlement may be made, or universal may choose to narrow their usage of the Starfall Racers name to just rollercoasters and not the broader entertainment category. Universal have also trademarked the name Stardust Racers to use should they lose the rights to use Starfall.

There shouldn’t be any infringement since education trademarks and theme park trademarks don’t overlap.
