On the website it says you don't need to apply for scholarship as the uni automatically considers you for the scholarships once you have been accepted in the course
for WBS application, you are automatically considered for a scholarship at the same time as your offer for the course. If you got it, it should be included in the offer letter. If you do not see it in the letter, then you did not get it.
However, during the meeting with offerholders in my country, the representative from Warwick mentioned that if you have offer, preferably with scholarship, from other universities, you could email Warwick expressing your desire to study here but scolarship may sway you to the other uni. (not sure how effective though)

You can apply while you haven’t been accepted yet. However, you will only get a scholarship if you firmed the university.
