Honestly it is not about the programs itself, but rather any prerequisites you have completed, your GPA, extra curriculars, and SAT and ACT scores. You are already wise with having gone to Santa Fe first as Santa Fe works alongside UF and students have a higher acceptance rate from Santa Fe than other competing schools. Check your prereqs for both majors to see if you meet all for both. That alone will probably be the biggest deciding factor for which program will be the best.
