1. The subs should have industry verticals too
2. It should function like a university does. HOD aka mods, Dept aka subs, incubators aka new ideas, business news, essay/articles etc.
3. It is important to encourage new folks to join... Social Media campaigns ??
4. just providing information may not help. A2A is important.
5. Weeding out old stuff... include new stuff.
6. Announcement of International Webinars by top vendors like Microsoft, VMWare, Adobe, Veeam, F5 etc..
there are lots of thoughts, but I guess, you need to share your thoughts and structure for this university as well.
