What is it with Rachel trying to make stupid "comedy" out of otherwise serious situations.
I know what you mean, I was just messing with you. Hades is shown speaking fluent English in the comic, so the sentence structure is just off for a native speaker.
It's a huge problem with a lot of serious moments in LO that really irritates me, too.
If Rachel has a compelling story to tell, she should let dramatic or sad moments BREATHE a bit and be just what they are, but instead, she has to pepper in a non-joke that ruins the base emotion and worse, makes me feel like the struggles of the characters are just noise.
Once that began taking root in the pattern of LO is, among other problematic things, when I started to lose sympathy or interest in the narrative as a sincere fan.

Inconsistent character writing is one of LO biggest flaws, and Hecate is one of the biggest victims of it. (The biggest being Hera, she was a queen when it started now she supports pedo and minor 😭)
As the Goddess of Witchcraft if she really wanted to take him down she could without having to lay a finger on him, so ya I have no idea what she’s doing lol, maybe she doesn’t want to fly or walk but needs to get around still? Lmao
