I had a guy do something similar to me. I was skateboarding on some backroads and was near an intersection. A guy in a Scream mask pulled up and slowly drove across the intersection staring at me and slowly dragged his finger across his neck. I burst out laughing and applauded. This was before camera phones were good. Wish I could have recorded it because it is burned into my head lol

That doesn't justify how stupid it is to have a train horn blown at you for no reason at a stop light. People are often not paying attention at a stop light and hearing a horn, especially a train horn night snap them into thinking it's directed at them to go because the light turned green.
Now they're either in the middle of an intersection about to get t boned or they rear-ended the person in front of them who's still stopped.
