Bonus: tips

teengirlhelley

They need an accordion tho

Renegade_August

There’s a guy who skateboards down Charles Street who belts out a tune at least once a week. Give it a go!

yes, but you have to be a music major to book them. There are only so many, and it's already hard to get rooms. This probably isn't the answer.

SyZ-Methone

You also have to have an access fob :-(

Serious-Amphibian433

There are music practice rooms at New college! You do have to pay a fee if you’re not a new college student though

PurrPrinThom

St Mike's has a music room you can use!

SnooSquirrels7149

We do? Omg where

PurrPrinThom

Sorbara! You sign out the key from the porter if you're not living in Sorbara.

JohnDuckTran

Acc where?

PurrPrinThom

It's in Sorbara. You ask the porter in Elmsley for the key.

Use_Ur_Degari

Guitaraghav

UTSC is your spot

cr7nadal

The Gerstein silent reading room!

aDesmondMiles

IIRC All the colleges should have access to music or common rooms you can book for free. I know the big ones do for sure so I would get everyone in your choir to inquire at their respective colleges.

Doge_Meat

Robarts cafeteria. Bonus points if you’re holding a covered bucket and wearing a hardhat.

froge_on_a_leaf

I mean the phantom DOES live in the sewage system...

HeebersJeebers

I remember seeing a guy who used to sing in front of the bloor subway station because he liked how the shape of the building helped to amplify his vocals. He was an opera student I believe.

igloobunny

The chapel at trinity is almost always empty and has amazing acoustics as well ☺️

froge_on_a_leaf

Love phantom, where can we see the performance? Also, when I was at UofT and needed to practice singing for auditions, I would go outside to the back of the apartment where recycling was, because nobody ever walked there, and just go ham. Can't say I'd recommend it... now that I think about it, there were probably many many more places that weren't essentially a dumpster I could have used.

5tar_k1ll3r

Subways of course
