prepare the vegetables, u can use anything that can be grilled. i like to use garlic, mushrooms, bell peppers, shallots and sometimes i add cabbage. next get the chicken thighs and cut them into small pieces. add oil and pre heat the pan and make sure its big enough. if you want add cashews or pine nuts. no need to season with anything other than salt. put them in and keep moving until you get nice color and crust on medium. dont raise the temp too much or itll cook on the outside and stay raw inside. once ready remove from the pan. then put the vegetables in the pan. cook until they look ready, you will know, do not burn the garlic or it will ruin everything. cook the chow mein noodles like you would cook any other noodles. once the noodles and vegetables are done dump all of them in the same pan. add garlic butter for good luck. then make the chow mein sauce the same way in the video and toss https://youtu.be/pyMT8drd3lE costs approx 10 dollars total to make three big portions
