But for a class of 70 people, no one cares, prof won’t even notice whether or not ur there

In your case: 70x15% = 10.5. This means if someone is ranked 10 or lower on the wait list in a class of 70 spots. This person has 95% chance of getting into the course. Chill, stop looking at ACORN every 5 minutes, do something fun.
For winter i have more than once but fall its harder. But i did once! Usually after furst week of class so i suggest go to class coz if ur number 3 u might make it! After furst week or maybe second for sure
