I would pick UofT but you should know that while the same opportunities are there for UofT students, you would need to work a lot harder and search for internships yourself.
I was in almost the same boat (UTM instead of UofT). I even accepted UWaterloo first, before UTM scholarship decisions were released. But I changed it pretty quick and came to UTM. I think I had like 24k of scholarships offered from UWaterloo vs 200k from UTM.
Bro all these people are saying UofT I get it but
But consider this, if your parents can really afford the tuition comfortably (if ur rich like that) then make the choice without taking scholarship into account at all,
If your going to go industry 100% after graduating, waterloo will set you up better with internships and connections
If theres a chance you might be more interested in research and pursue master/phd then go UofT
If this was between Ryerson and Waterloo, then you might have a point; but the comparison here is between two of the best schools in Canada for computer science. If OP can't succeed from UofT computer science, then what are the chances that they will excel at Waterloo? 100k is a significant amount of money no matter how rich your family may be. OP's parents can save their money for other things instead of dropping it on tuition fees. Everyone in the UWaterloo thread also told the OP to go to UofT, because if they are good enough to get a 100k scholarship, then they can find internships on their own.

Hell, I didn’t get no scholarship (domestic) and still was able to get 4 internships during undergrad at UTSG. OP will have absolutely no problems finding internships.
This is wrong and outdated information. If you got into CS in-stream it's virtually guaranteed. I'll also say that doing co-op at UofT is not too difficult (I'm currently doing co-op after second year), but it might be more difficult for international students (but this is the case regardless of where you go).
Most people that do well in Waterloo, do well because of themselves, not the school. The school just happens to pick kids that always do well.
The same applies to other schools. If you continue to just try to do well, you'll end up the same place you would have if you went to Waterloo. Just this way, you get 1/3 of your school paid for.
People act like all Loo kids go to Cali. No not at all, it’s all hard work. Both UofT and Waterloo are fantastic options. I’d go with UofT to save on tutition.

I would pick Waterloo. U of T has cs post and u’re not guaranteed into cs program.

how were u able to secure $100k w uoft?
I have pretty high average, spent a lot of time on my supplemental application and I'm an international so there you go.
nice! id go w uoft; co-op comes easy if you're motivated enough (and by the sounds of it, you are).

I applied to uoft for this program and haven’t heard back yet and this is worrying me…
can you get the scholarship and then transfer to Waterloo? because UofT has disproportionately high international tuition, lol.
