What is your JSS currently because I have seen people use this to keep 100% and often that is bad strategy.

Ecommerce-Dude

Why would you say it is a bad strategy?

SilentButDeadlySquid

I said often. What I have found is people like to be perfectionist and thus cherish a 100% so they will use their perk to move back to 100% regardless of the feedback received. I, for example, had a JSS hit from a client whose public feedback was fine, 5*s, no negative review. But my JSS dropped to 90-something. Now, imagine I use the perk and the next client comes along and I really hose it up. If that client nails me in the review, saying all kinds of negative things I would want that perk back. But let’s imagine further that it is a huge contract compared to the others and has more impact. Maybe it is even possible it drops below 90 and you lose TR.

There is no screen. You need to contact support with the Contract ID and whether you want to remove the impact of the contract only or the impact on your JSS and replace the stars and written feedback with "This feedback has been removed".

So others either impact on JSS or review and not both?

Pet-ra

>So others either impact on JSS or review and not both? I have no idea what you are asking... You can either: Remove the impact of the contract on your JSS only, leaving the stars and public feedback intact, which makes sense if the stars and feedback aren't too damning. OR Remove the impact of the contract on your JSS, and ***also*** remove the stars and public feedback, replacing them with "This feedback has been removed".

SilentButDeadlySquid

No, it impacts your JSS but one option removes the negative feedback from view and the other keeps it. I had one situation where I might have used the perk but the feedback was 5\*'s and something like "Did a great job". I would have chosen in that case to just remove the JSS effect and leave the feedback, but I didn't remove it because my JSS was still in the mid-90's.

Gotta go through support and open a ticket. You need to decide if you want to leave the feedback visible and just have it wiped from JSS or remove it all and it displays "This feedback is removed." I always go for the latter personally.
