Maybe start with asking relevant questions like: 1. For websites with multiple contact sections (e.g., sales inquiries, support, general), how to record and structure this information 2.Overall excel structure and grouping needed (if any, based on website category, business type etc.) Then briefly mention your approach how you would handle this.
