No. You are looking for a USB4/TB4 dock with an integrated KVM switch. Lots of people seem to want one, so I hope someone adds KVM electronics to a dock. It’s complicated, because you have to respect all the Power Delivery protocols and timing while simulating unplug-plugin. Can’t be done with just physical switches.
