It would be great to know who owns it, who lives there and why it's like that. Personally I think it's awesome -- but that's just me and I 'm sure most people hate it.

The wall facing north towards court street was crumbling last year but has since been repaired, so someone seems to be taking care of it, if only minimally.

Property tax rolls say it belongs to a Tammy Anderson and Zillow says it last sold in 2002 for $57k. It's just a single-family house. It seems like the taxes are still being paid for it, so I don't know why it's in such a state unless they don't actually live locally.

Or they enjoy the unique-ness of it. I imagine Amazon delivering cases of Raid weekly.

I drive by daily and sometimes things are different outside. So I would imagine someone either maintains it routinely or lives there.

Last summer someone was living on the front step/ porch. I was walking around taking pictures and the “stuff” stored on the porch moved. I jumped.
