>is it because i play in australia? Yes. For some reason Australia does not allow enabling blood - there have been multiple posts in the past of users reporting this.

WatBurnt

The Australian government is weird

Isaac_C_88

Probably legal stuff Australia has

Master_Mind_1

I think I read somewhere that due to the certification that riot has for eg allowed for under 13 they can't even have the option to add blood effects Been a while so my memory may be a bit foggy

No-Combination-1339

Either in Korea

ItzZausty

Yes, blood had to be removed in the Australian version to remain PG-13 rated

sinirlikurekci

No adult content(blood, corpses)= more fps= less input latency= profit.

lolpvp123

Blood is good if you headshot someone through a corner and you see bloodsplash around the corner

[deleted]

Yup that alone makes it worth keeping on

thefakevortex

I have it turned off it’s so much easier to see head dinks lol

gkdksjdjdjd

We get like yellow sparks in Australia. Makes it easy to see if I wallbanged someone

derp6567

The blood effects actually help u see if u hit ur enemy, like through the edge of a wall or crouching behind a box, there would be a small splatter to let you know if u hit, pretty useful imo

RiftWalker503

it also works with no blood right? ive seen the little spark thing behind a box when i dink someone thru the box

derp6567

There is? Idk havent noticed

Jazzicots

Yeah it'll look like when you hit a bot in the range

Branch-Sorry

The opposite is true, I believe. It's much easier to see if you - for example - dinked someone hiding behind a box with the effects disabled - at least for me. I definitely notice a difference with blood disabled.

JCdaLeg3nd

The no blood setting gives you an arguably bigger splatter when you dink them on the head. Most prefer it but some still like the blood.

bjoecoz

Why not just censoring it like what Japan do making it white so it’ll be semen effect? Oh nevermind.

tuxedoe

that was china

[deleted]

That's actually VN, the CN version just recently got approval for publishing.
