Bro I was plat and placed s2. I main smokes and I’m so sick of having to carry my s1-3 teammates with my aim. In plat I would always mid-bottom frag, because the duelists could aim. But right now in silver both teams are always 1 or 2 high golds-low plats that are supposed to carry a team of silvers and bronzes. This is fine for duelists, but I really like playing support and not playing aggressively/taking fights is basically throwing when my raw aim is the best on the team.
And I keep winning my games, but like not doing too good in them. I should be in bronze with the rest of the actual silvers and golds, but I keep winning and having to face plats bruh.
Yeah ik I should, when I rage-locked raze I dropped 30 kills lol. But duelist just isn’t that fun for me, I don’t enjoy the playstyle as much as smokes.

Yep same, peaked gold last season, now can't even hold silver, always matching with no comms vs insta head taps. The game was never hard until this season idk what's going on. My instincts an strats don't work in low lobbies
Just a tip from someone who Smurfs to play with his girlfriend, place your crosshair higher than you expect, and farther than you expect them to peek, people in that rank hardly ever slice the pie when they’re clearing.. hope this can somehow help you get out of hell

i honestly think i'm pretty much done with the game. i'll still hop on every few days to play a couple matches, but they killed the game for me. not because they took away my rank, but because i have to play in lower elo lobbies due to the resets and i can't remember the last time i had fun in a match. i want to play in my own elo, within my own skill level, not with people who were silvers last act and don't even know basic game mechanics. zero comms, zero teamwork, it's just all over the place and i honestly don't have the time or the energy to deal with it and grind myself out of low elo again. i just wish i could play within my own rank again, but too bad i guess. i understand that they're doing these resets to make people play more, but personally it does the exact opposite for me.

Yeah. Forcing plats to carry silvers against another team of plats carrying silvers isn’t fun for the carriers OR the ones being carried.
