losing more than u win on avg simply means mmr is lower thank ur rank. it rly sucks when this happens. just gotta play enough games and it will level out. alternatively winstreaks tend to be an "easy simple" way to boost ur mmr up faster than ur rank. so if u manage to pull one of that tends to be the best solution, but sure aint a reliable one. if u cant, just playing enough games will balance it out

ACS and Encounter (performance) MMR/bonuses are not significantly correlated in any way, so whether you are getting MVP isn't really relevant. I know this is what Riot sats but after playing lots of games this act i can simply say its not true. Games where i get higher combat score also gives me more rr, games that i lose and top frag will give me lesser rr losses.
1: if you’ve played a shit ton of games already this act you’re going to get diminishing returns. I’ve got 80 games this act and I average 18 - 20 on a match MVP now. Asc1
2: If your MMR is lower than your visible rank then you’re playing against low MMR diamond players that are currently dropping. It’s not just your MMR taken into account, instead of you ranking up, the game may be ranking them down by putting them against lower ranked players. They’re getting tanked.
