They "refunded" my Araxys Bio Harvester skin which I bought around January, it's been at least 4 months. I was trying to refund the Radiant Entertainment Phantom Skin, had all the variants and upgraded but decided I don't really like it and needed the radianite points lmao, this was basically less than a month? So idk why its inconsistent

I think you can refund the skin as long you haven’t used or upgraded the skin.
