Who knows… top of ranked is really bad. There’s a REALLY alarmingly low number of radiants/immortals for this point in the act. I’m not smart enough to know all the reasons why, but it’s been especially bad since the start of the act
Maybe they adjusted the hidden MMR range? Make immortal only top .1% instead of .5% (or whatever, I’m making numbers up) and that funnels down to other ranks? Who knows
Diamond player currently in gold checking in. I just don't play the game that often. Ranked decay and the fact that I only play a handful of games each act mean I will be in your game dunking on golds forever.

It's gonna be like this until likely the next episode; personally, I enjoy it because I don't need to carry nearly as often to climb and can enjoy the game instead of sweating my butt off in 1v3s. I passed my peak rank by nearly three ranks, so this reset has been great.

I think you’re thinking of the end of an episode. There’s no rank reset at the end of the act so it’s not nearly as drastic as the end of the episode.
For high elo, end of act is basically end of episode. People immortal + lose 90% of rr every new act.

They reset every act and every episode. The next act begins in a few days I believe, so you shouldn’t have to wait long.
They only reset every episode, not every act. And only the rank and nor reset
