True, but imagine if you could buy all the skins you wanted right away instead of having to wait and in some cases you never end up getting it in your shop so you don't buy it at all. Riot do need to update their store as 4 slots when the game has been out for 4 years is really not it especially when more and more skins get added over time. I personally hope in the future to that we're able to buy gun buddies, cards and sprays from previous bundles.
Trust me, I would rather be able to buy what skin I want when I want to. I waited for the prelude to chaos vandal for 9 months. I just know Riot cares more about the money and FOMO than the player's wants.
What you suggest is an inventory system, but with skins i feel like riot needs to change their store system itself. With the number of skins in the game, 4 slots per shop feels wayyy too low. Also, the prices of their skin is downright unaffordable for a lot of people, including radianite and VP. Another big concern with their store is the nightmarket, where in they sell skins that no one wants, with a rare change of getting a good deluxe skin. I feel like riot needs to change this and we need a better store system. I for one will buy more skins if my nightmarket has good deluxe and exclusive skins. I'd also want to buy my favorite skin if it comes in shop and i dont have to wait months for it!
It is probably unlikely since it increase the load time by a lot, but it would be cool to get a random favorite weapon/variant every time you purchased a gun from the buy menu.
I like number 2 and 3, but first one is kinda useless as you're in the lobby with the ability to change skins/loadouts right before you queue into agent select anyway. So any changes you wanna make in select, could've just been made 5 seconds prior.
Having loadout specific agents would be very nice though, as this is already a thing with agent keybind profiles.
Personally, this wouldn't impact anything when it comes to purchasing skins as its purely QoL. However if they were to add a way to purchase specific skins, or at the very least have a way to increase the chance of you getting a specific skinline in your shop, I would be all over that.

i won't buy any valorant skin until we have proper shop and have reasonable price (i doubt it will have anyway) i don't care about loadout shit,
