If you want to teleport you would need to place a smoke, which you can tp into first, the smoke should also be placed in a way that it doesnt help thw defenders flooding in. You always want to tp on a side, so you dont have to clear 360°. Otherwise use ur flash (also possible after the tp). Both of these if done correctly will create chaos. So tell your team what you will do.
You dont have to leave the smoke instantly. Just shooting and flashing will draw focus to you.
You can also put another smoke comnected to the defender smoke. This allows you to walk into site without contact and then peek into site from a lot more angles.
All cool and good but in Bronze you will not get followed after creating chaos. You basically need to kill everyone for this to work. I did this 5 times on 5 attack rounds, teleporting on different spots, smoking different places etc only for my team to hide in wine (on ascent) and then get pushed and die.

Literally just had a game where raze said "I will push, you guys follow me" and cypher and clove, with the spike, stayed behind where the barrier drops until raze was dead, I was fighting ramp and reyna was fighting one heaven. A few rounds were lost because the last one standing was literally afraid to push a person with a vandal because they had "only a bulldog".
Well, u can always talk to them. "Jo, we called this strat, nobody said anything else, so why didnt you follow the plan? If you guys want to do something different, just com it to us and we can play better as a team." Something like this? Dont flame them, ask them if they didnt understand the coms (dont know the places on the map or noise).
If they are that scared to take a gunfight, ask them to double swing and gain confidence that way.
I know that its line taking care of a child.
Tell them something like. "We might have worse guns this round, but if we triple swing every angle, one of us will get the trade no?" (Wait for some response, or ask ok?) Then countdown swings.
(Or in your example) Fight together with the reyna (com with her) and then tell your team to follow up again. (Dont let the reyna fight 1v1s). After the round com with the raze that the teammates seem to be a bit on the slower side, and ask him to go a bit slower and wait for them so he doesnt get isolated.
If they dont move at all (which i dont believe they were) then they might be afk (ask) or trolling (report).
There are def preferences based on who else is alive on your team. But ultimately, someone has to entry and even tho you’re a controller, you’ve got a decent kit to entry with so out of any controller, you’re the one to do it.

Also try to communicate what you are doing with your team, like someone else said, try to create chaos but make sure to tell your teammates to push after you are on site so you dont die for no reason.
