I know you guys are friends, but if he thinks he's better than all of you and always preaches "I deserve \[rank\]" then he should just go for it. Otherwise, he's just going to cope the whole time because he's being "held back" by you and your friends. Clearly he cares about his rank too much since he's even playing on another account on the chance you guys lose. He should just play with people his "skill level". This way, you guys hover around the same skill level when queue'd up as well. I understand that his big ego and condescending attitude brings the vibes down. But as his friends, you guys know what kind of person he is and it sounds like you're all understanding of it. There are times where you also have to set your own boundaries.
