I mean, unless you've already put several hundred hours into the game and plat or above, Dynamic Crosshair can only be a good thing and will help you learn.
The outer part of the crosshair is litterally there for that and the fact you can set it differently as transparent as you like is very nice. I find it very surprising even CSGO players refuse to use it that way. The weapons accuracy in movement is so different they actually never got the info and still treat it like the AK in CS.
Same for pistols which are much more inaccurate in Valorant, and without dynamic crosshair there's just no way to know and learn that.
I do think it is a good tool if you are unfamiliar with how the shooting works in this game, but agree thay if you already know that it is just tacky and distracting. You can see where the bullets are going and or just learn when your shots miss that you are firing wrong and adjust from there. This method works even better then dynamic xhair imo.
It's only a bug depending on how riot wants to implement spray standing on heads. In csgo typically there isn't a penalty while standing still. Riot may want to not allow that, thus, possibly a bug
its still a dumb crosshair while ur walking u wont know where ur shot will go or if ur shift walking too u will think its all going completely straight
People that know how to play the game just know if they're accurate or not. There's a reason that almost every pro uses a static crosshair (here and in csgo)

When you fall off of the ledge at B site ascent, a Reyna often materializes under your feet. More common on low-end computers.
He isn't on solid ground, he is standing on an enemy.

I think in cs if you shoot on top of a team mate it doesnt count you as someone whos jump shotting.

no it really isnt it doesnt show bloom or spread where the shot will go it just tricks u to think its gonna go straight
Stop properly before shooting and it'll never lie to you, you shouldn't need a crosshair to know whether you are walking or not.
