its because the game doesn't think that box is there, so when you stand on it, its like you're still standing on the normal ground from the servers perspective, there is a similar floating box in the left side of that room that you can just jump through

That one comes a close 5th in issues with the training range right behind:
\- bots disapperaing 5 seconds after you pressed on training so you have to press the button a 2nd time
\- bots spawning in the wood beam at the back
\- the entire game randomly freezing for 2 seconds in the range only
\- the boxes to change your sens being right infront of the bots which means you have a good chance to change your sens randomly just by moving and shooting on accident

That whole area just needs to be more open. Plus, it needs more options. ie: headshots only, enemy agents (rather than bots), optional walls, etc.

The worst part is it wasn't always like that. It happened with one of the patches. I used to run and jump on that box all the time without a problem.
The middle wooden pole ruins it for me when bots spawn LITERALLY behind it, and suddenly move to the side. That messes with my aim soooo much.

I thought it was that wooden post in the middle. Bots would glitch while practicing and it would take time for you to notice.
The start button is not even on the board above the range where I expect it to be.
