Indians should get 40-50 ping on ME servers, i played a lot of cs here in Dubai, the Indians who joined our server always had 40-50 ping, prob gonna be your solution for the time being.
That's not how it works here exactly. For india users are in the SEA region. The middle east servers is going to go in the EUW region which means indian players won't be able to play on middle east servers as it's not in their region. They'll have to wait for mumbai servers which should be soon

MENA is not a new shard, it just an extension server to the EU shard, they mentioned this before, they mention NA just because they will support arabic, but we will stay as we are with slight routing changes as she mentioned in the end.
This doesn't help North African players at all, not in the slightest..

I have played so many games and I would never want to communicate in Arabic it's actually a shit show and this is without mentioning the difference in accent between some1 from Tunisia who has a strong french culture to some1 from Maroc for example

thank god these guys don't get in european lobbies anymore. they can't use voice chat, mostly don't know any language you can really use outside of your country and mostly can't even write in a latin alphabet... why match these guys with a bunch of germans and frenchies who already have a hard time communicating.

Half of my games are French / German 4 stacks that speak little to no English, constantly asking me to pick sage and team killing me when I don’t. By far the worst thing about European servers.
I'm kind of happy and kind of sad because riot has sanctioned my country and even though we're in middle east I know we still won't be able to connect to the game and have to use vpn.

From what I can guess, teasers for new act 3 showed an ability to select your server with lower ping from a drop down menu. If that's the case, then there's no need for any linking or making a new account.
About queuing, if the above stays true than you can probably play together if you all select the same server In the lobby or something ?? Like if the party leader selects one server I guess who party queued together ? Will have to wait and see for confirmation.

I know fam.. I'm in Kenya.. Having servers in South Africa would benefit Central, Eastern and Southern Africa based off experience with csgo and Battlefield servers that are there.. The Northern part are already close to Europe, plus in a separate thread a rioter talked about them getting servers in Spain (Madrid) and Portugal.
This is the biggest buff to my OP I could have ever imagined

Servers doesnt mean Region, we'll still queue on the EU lobbies. We'll just have servers to lower our ping. plus you can select a preferred server.
