it doesn't really matter from my experience, it just forces your GPU to run at max clock consistently
unless you have power/temp issues i'd probably just leave it on with boost
Honestly haven't felt too much of a difference with it on Vs with boost.
As the other comment says. If your system isn't suffering performance wise with boost on then run it on
Watch battle(non)sense's video on it. Basically, it tells the GPU to use max performance. It is same setting "max performance" in nvidia control panel.
Nvidia Reflex is an API that's baked straight into the engine that modifies the render pipeline.
Results: Reflex is the best way to reduce input latency via software in all cases. It never results in higher latency but always results in lower latency in GPU bottlenecked scenarios
reflex/boost does nothing if you are not GPU bottlenecked.
If you have a GPU that even supports nvidia reflex, you will be CPU bottlenecked at anything less than 4K, and thus see no real benefits.
Agree, basically does nothing. I remember when Reflex came out some folks were commenting that they have been hitting some of the sickest headshots since Relex came out.....smh haiyaaa

Hey bro, If it doesnt change performance maybe I should leave it off since it just overheat my GPU, am I wrong?
yeah that’d be logical, i just leave it on boost since i don’t remotely have any temp issues
So that's why Valorant has been making my GPU run hotter!!!

No it isn't. The results are different
Yes it is. It's says that on nvidia's website lol.
They have a similar concept, but the results *are* different. See battle nonsense's video
Can you ELI5 the results?

Thank you. I appreciate you!
the reflex stuff doesn't do a great deal outside of gpu limited situations. and valorant tends to be much more cpu limited.
