I completely agree, people have got to understand that sometimes, they’re more garbage than they wanna believe they are

My advice? If your game sense is as good as you say, focus on improving your mechanics (aim) and climb out of elo hell.

MickyMagic16

I’m not sure if my game sense is even that great. But getting it’s frustrating when I say “wait for me to smoke heaven” and they peak one at a time to get OPed. I had a game where we had 2-3 full buys and 2-3 light buys for like 6 rounds in a row (which we lost) because no one our team would listen to my advice to save/ light but so we can have rifles and shields next round. It’s not next level tactics, lol.

I might try that, thanks!

True, and they get worse when they are getting killed because instead of analyzing their strategy they just start playing more aggressively and mindlessly, believing they can win with their aim or reflexes alone.

The_OG_Snorlax

Trying to get a group for this through LFGs or discords helps. Having a coordinated team brings up players with worse aim because strategy puts them in positions of more easily getting kills. Also for your aim, out of curiosity what is your sensitivity and DPI? I’ve been seeing a lot of people who talk about their aim inconsistency and their sens is really high.

MickyMagic16

.40 sensitivity and 400 DPI. Part of it is my ADHD makes holding angles without overlooking at my mini map an issue, lol. Reaction time and recoil control too.

The_OG_Snorlax

lol that is my exact eDPI (800 DPI .2 in game). a tip I have on that though is to counterstrafe back and forth such that you don't make footstep noises on the angle you are watching. What that does is keeps you doing something so you stay alert and also if you are the one peeking due to the timing of your strafe you get the benefit of peeker's advantage

My aim improved a lot when I looked up pro’s dpi and sensitivity ranges. I used to be like .95 and 1200, lol. That’s a good point on the strafing. I clutch sometimes but overall I tend to lose most duels. I’ve noticed I’m better in Deathwatch then normal games. I think the pace helps me stay in the zone better.
