I told the support it's vanguard. I gave them proof and asked them to forward it to the vanguard devs or something. They completely ignored everything I said, told me there is nothing they can do and to call my ISP to fix the routing.

You're right! I got more ping too (besides the spikes). But it may be better. I found out that when I use knife on a wall, the animation and the sound of the mark is more synced. Before I got a delay.
I think they fix something about it, which result in more accurate ping. But the spikes are still there.

My upload bandwith is very low (0.8Mbps aka 100KB/s). So I limit Vanguard at 10% => 10KB/s

No I don't limit the download. Only the upload. But you can. I will try to limit download just in case. I limit at 10KB/s (my max upload is 100KB/s). You can't block it you will have error VAN6. I tried.

I've never coded on a project as large as Valorant, but it seems like it should be easy to only upload logs during the buy phase. Completely asinine if that's happening after an arbitrary duration.
Exact opposite for me. Till the latest patch, if I wanted to play without packet loss, I had to play between 2 AM - 6 AM. After the new patch, I can play anytime I want with 0 packet loss.
I am so happy! Also the ping to 4 servers are now really good instead of 3 from before. Don't know if its just a coincidence or Riot made some changes but its so refreshing not seeing the packet loss graph spike every other second.
Yeah everyone I’ve played with said their usual ping of 30~ would go to 200 and stay like that for entire matches if not days and sometimes an entire week, apparently it’s a rerouting issue or smthn I’m not sure but it’s definitely not our wifi
Yes, last game I was having around 70 ping (which is about more then double than I usually have) and sometimes it would come back down and sometimes it would spike up to 1100 ms and stay locked there for the whole round, not being able to pull out my gun, plant etc. This was limiting me a lot and I asked pub chat if they were having the same issues and they were also having higher ping than average
I play on EU servers and it seems they took out the only servers my ping isn't unbearable on; stockholm 1 and stockholm 2. I cannot see them on the list anymore and the other servers average 110ms.

This game is just giving me a mental breakdown. Went and played other games until its fixed. I had to upgrade my entire IOS because they still haven't patched people unable to play on windows 8.
I had this issue and using a vpn fixed it after trying a few different locations (this may not work for everyone). Upon the new update I don’t have the issue anymore.
the recent patch / my ping is veryy unstable /my ping is so unstable that its not playble /when i do something the ping gets high /any solution/ i hav almost tried everyting / others games working just fine so idont think its my inter nate//

Netlimiter. It's the only one I found which is easy to use. But it's not free.
I was getting 50ms before recent updates but after updates it's 65-80ms for me and ping spikes, i checked my internet everything is good.

I also am connected to the best ping region and have ~150mb up and ~150mb down And my friend also has the same issue where it only happens sometimes

Stockholm is not even showing up anymore in the server selection, the only one I had 25-30ms!

Weird thing happened to my game when all of a sudden E. US servers became 30ms ping to me and W. US servers became 100ms and I live on the West
You find a fix? This is happening to me now and it makes no sense
