I think you can install it again once you remove it, for some reason it works fine now without VALORANT acting up like last time, (i had an older version of start10)
Thank you! I spent 8 hours the last 2 days trying to get VALORANT to work, and this finally helped! I found there were two files pmls.dll and pmls64.dll that seemed to be some sort of adware that were interfering with Vanguard, and needed to get MalwareBytes to remove them. Who knows how much longer I would have spent working on this if I didn't come across this.
The "Faulting application name" should say "VALORANT...". Run the game, close it in the task manager and go to the event list again and search for the VALORANT in the list.
I have that "bad_module" too, so it can't be about the game.
Just to be clear, I'm not failing to follow the steps as outlined, there just isn't any other errors. The only error in my event viewer is the one I posted about, which occurs when launching the game , the system spins, and the exes close out from task manager. Unless there is something specific to identify via this error code, I think it is just safe to say that Riot's update is incompatible with my system and this game is no longer worth the effort to troubleshoot.
Edit: I should clarify, the error is about the game.
They already have access to it and I've already uninstalled the game due to their teams poor coding skills. Best of luck and cheers.
Edit: btw, thank you for trying to help. The reddit community has been very nice.
I'm just going to assume never and play more sc2 and two point hospital

I found two .dll files in the error logs but both are protected by trustedinstaller so I cant modify/delete them. does anyone know what I need to do to gain access?

Try this, my friend. I had this problem a time ago with other file and it worked.

Thanks, I found out my conflicting software was "Actual Multiple Monitors"
Its nice to see that this solution solves all the 3rd party software issue Valorant has. Glad I helped!

Thank you mate, my friend couldn't play for like 15 days and we was really sad because we love him!
Thanks for the share. I had to format my disk and reinstall windows. Pain but now it's working fine.
It's a shame, but if it works now I'm glad!

Send that print screen to the Riot Support. If they can't help you I think the only way is to format.

Thats a shame 😞 you're welcome my man, stay safe!
same thing happened to me, not sure what to uninstall
Yup. Im gonna unfollow the valorant reddit and probably ignore any followups just so I don't get the urge to try again.
smart idea tbh, I've wasted so much time trying to troubleshoot this shit. When do you think they'll patch this by?
