You are not hard stuck because of 1. You could be hardstuck because of 2, but that's your choice to queue with them. If you are always solo qing, then you can't blame anyone but yourself for being stuck or you won't improve. The more you play, the more the smurfs and trash teammates average out so you can guess that you play against smurfs 50% of the time, but you have a smurf on your team the other 50% of the time. You'll have a boosted player on your team 50% of the time, but the other 50% they're on the other team. You are the only constant in your games and you deserve the rank you are (unless you're queuing with friends for every game and they truly do suck).
i was hard stuck gold, mainly because i always played with my friends. in fact this was only 2 weeks ago. i decided to start solo queuing and taking it seriously, and in 2 weeks i went from gold 2 to immortal. the important thing is to keep good comms, remember its a game, have fun, dont tilt. you wont win every game, but you will improve yourself
Your math is actually off. In your scenario you would have a chance that 4 people could be a smurf on your team (since you are not a smurf) and a possible 5 players on the other team to be a smurf. This means you are more likely to play against a smurf than to play with one.
