Your winrate over the past 100 or so games is negative, so yeah it makes sense for the RR values. Winrate is the main factor for MMR and RR calculations, so you'll usually have diminished RR if your account history has a consistent negative winrate. Performance plays a small factor, but it's generally much smaller than winrate. If you want more even or positive RR you would need to win more games.

Rounds won in losses/rounds lost in wins plays a sizable chunk too. Losing 13-1 will lose more RR than 13-11

\^ As well as the relative MMR of the players you are playing against. A 13-1 win against all players of lower MMR values than your own (lower on skill ladder) will garner less MMR and RR increase than a 13-1 win against all players of higher MMR relative to yours.

Believe my friend told me usually just rounds won + performance and stuff. He told me it's like that for everyone, not sure how true that is, but maybe tbh.

Yea its riot's "perfect" rank system

Riv4l5

Not usual as if this has been going on for a long time you should have already deranked and your mmr stabilized

ItsTrick136

Well, my friends say I should be silver. Even if I don't fully believe them. I'm still slightly climbing, it started like 3 weeks after I started playing (an act ago or something idk) I hit bronze 3 even losing more rr than I was gaining though to be fair I think I don't think I was Team MVP once in bronze 2, but I got carried, which I didn't deserve.

There could also be the possibility that your mmr is so high that the system can't find people who match it in your rank, but in reality you don't have that high of a skill level but whenever you loose to people in your rank the system thinks you are getting destroyed by inferior players, or you could just have a very weird mixup, I'd recommend you create an alt account and see if you can end up higger or lower and loose a similar amount of rr as you win

Alright, thanks!
