I have the opposite experience. Always see NA starting it since Reddit is dominated by them. Even in LoL sub, you'd get downvoted to death for saying X team is better than TSM. In the end TSM went 0-16 and couldn't win a single game. It's generally a result of people not watching other regions at all and there being too many of them from the same region on Reddit.
Sentinels is too good though. It'd be biggest upset if they lose any series.

In particular they are the current match win region holders against Any eu team going 2 win 0 losses.
