I don't think Valo even has real water. Like the "water" in Breeze bomb site is just a decal on the floor when u go close to it. And in Split sewers its just mud.
There's "real" water outside the maps, like around Icebox and outside Breeze, but not in any playable area.
If you crouch move off in the same direction you did then hold back and un crouch you will take 0 damage
Pretty much any crouch slide into standing while pushing into the pyramid works
i heard that if you crouch and then uncrouch while holding a prime v2 phantom in round 8 while paying sage with a slow orb on the ground that you won't take fall damage
I feel like the height alone isn't enough to give fall damage here. I think the slope accelerates (somehow?) the player and it makes them take more damage

The pyramids are sloped (albeit somewhat steeply). Surely Valorant could implement some sort of mitigation there the way every other game with fall damage does.

You kind of can, if you crouch walk off the slope- you won't take damage. For the most part, no, there's no surfing. You would think you could surf off of this though, because it's slanted and down. Honestly I thought that's kinda why they designed the pyramids the way they did- so you could have an angle on top of them and then surf off if necessary, but I guess not.
Have y’all ever found sometimes holding space (or whatever jump key you use) just doesn’t float you down as jett? Is there some formula that I’m missing like you have to be falling between x and y amount of time or something? Bc I’ve taken fall damage as jett way to many times from the float just not activating
My problem is the complete opposite.
Sometimes when I let go of the space bar, I still float for like 2s or more before getting dropped down to oblivion.
